On the 1st July I bought axel arigato trainers from Coggles. When I received them I noticed discolouration on the back of the right side trainers. I informed them of the issue which they then told me to return the trainers in order for a replacement. I returned them I had to wait over 2 weeks to receive my replacement. When I received my replacement I noticed they had actually sent me the exact same pair with the discolouration. I contacted them again to tell them they had sent me the discoloured pair rather than a new pair. They told me to return it back to them so they can replace it with a new pair and they would also give me £10 back as an apology for sending the same pair. I sent the trainers back to them, I contacted them today via live chat to ask them any updates on my replacements and when I will receive them, the lady told me that they were out of stock and that they won’t be able to replace the trainers for me only refund me! I made it clear to the lady I was chatting to via live chat that I am extremely unhappy about this and she couldn’t care less in fact she even ended the live chat with me! So rude! I am yet to receive my refund! This company is so awful and such time wasters! The experience I have had from start to finish has been terrible! I do not recommend this company at all and I advise everyone to not purchase from Coggles.

Well, I was worried about my package after reading some bad reviews, but finally got my item lovely packed and in good condition. It took a 6-days period to be delivered, very fast after dispatching.

I am 39 weeks pregnant and isolating. Coggles are expecting me to put myself and my baby at risk to return the product they sent me in error and show them proof of postage before they will refund me. I ordered a pair of Veja trainers for my son in green and they have sent them to me in pink. This is coggles mistake and I shouldn’t be the one putting myself at risk to get my money back. I have been ignored 3 times and just told to fill out a returns label. Disgusting service.

I ordered an item, it was shipped to the wrong address. Finally tracked it down and it was the wrong item. Customer service said they would send someone to pick it up but now I can not get in contact with them. Fraudulent company.

It is the worst experience of online shopping. All service staff has no passion due to system limitation. It is such a looser company. My item still has been processing to be refunded from wrong item delivered since verification. What a pitiful workers under stupid system compared with other competitors..Im pretty sure they will be collapsed by themselves in a few years!!

I waited 7 weeks for a delivery. I contacted the company to find out why it wasnt delivered on time and they replied it was shipped back to their company but they dont know why. I asked why I wasnt informed and why they billed me custom fees but they said they dont know. Terrible service. Never received the item. I cancelled the order.

Order a pair of expensive sunglasses, they arrived promptly and in good packaging, unfortunately they weren’t up to the standard I expected so contacted the for a return label, it seems like I’m just talking to a computer that asks the same question over and over and I’m getting nowhere with it. Shoddy or none existent after service seems to be the theme here, very disappointing 👎👎👎👎👎

Everything was great when we received the item, however they sent the wrong size shoes. In order to even tell me the returns process, they made me send a photo with the evidence of the error, which I promptly did. I received the correct size box, but with the wrong size shoes inside. I stressed this was super urgent because I had a wedding to go to, but they wouldn't process a refund or send a replacement before receiving the item back, which I could only do two days afterwards because that was how long they took to tell me what the process was. Now because they won't do anything until they receive the item back, and it's been three days and they still haven't thanks to Royal Mail, I will have to go ahead and buy the shoes elsewhere.

Coggles advertise items they don’t have in stock. FALSE ADVERTISING they then take your money When you request a refund because nothing has arrived they REFUSE stating the goods are in DESPATCH. this is illegal and after speaking to consumer rights you can demand your money back The customer service people are reading from a script

Luv it. Got my stuff less than 2 weeks from Uk to Australia. Not bad. Love my Kenzo . You are awesome Coggles . Too bad I bought a bit expensive thought i have 15 % off , because i have use apps. Next time have to wait for sale . Its very very good deal when it is sale !!! Happy customer

Poor customer service Faulty Veja trainers received and I had to chase customer service team for nearly two weeks Images taken from all possible angles to show the problem and emailed three times, but no one came back with a solution I gave up in the end chasing Will not be buying from them ever again

Very disappointed first time customer. It's been over a week since I ordered and the item hasn't even been shipped yet. When reaching out to customer service they tell me they can't give me a date when item will ship. Won't be ordering again!

Very bad service, it takes 3 months that I've not received my order. 3 months later the item has been dispatched according to its notification but as I receive nothing when I contact the service they said it was returned to them by the courier. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable, I've wasted too much time for contact the customer service and still got nothing. Completely not recommend this site.

Wrong order and nobody is taking control of the situation. It’s very frustrating trying to find a resolution when customer service replies once a day with something really generic and not very helpful. I’m normally understanding and patient but this is pushing my buttons. I have no idea what‘s going on and don’t think they do either

Avoid buying from them, worst on line company I have bought from. Returned a pair of shoes that were too big and had to constantly chase for refund. First they said they hadn’t received the item even though I provide Royal Mail proof of delivery. Took 2 months and even then I only got the refund after threatening to take them to county court.

Would like to give zero stars I returned an expensive item which was too small 10 weeks ago using their returns label it was unaccounted for (lost/stolen) in the post As confirmed by Hermes. I have been trying to get a refund for 5 weeks and their clear con artist tactics are stalling this. AVOID THESE SHAMEFUL PEOPLE. I still do not have my refund and will do a small claims next plus warn all consumers on any platform that I can.

Placed my order on the 13th of February. It has been almost 3 weeks and they have still not shipped out my order. I contacted them several times and they gave an odd excuse that there was an issue at their warehouse and otherwise did not answer any of my questions, including a possible eta on the shipment date. I then requested a cancellation of my order on the 24th, that has still not happened and they are now telling me that because my order is in their warehouse for processing the cancellation may not be accepted? This is literally fraud, it does not say in their Terms & Conditions that they can refuse cancellation before even sending out your order. I have now contacted PayPal and intend to contact my bank as well, since coggles insists on fradulent behaviour.

I’ve got this message on the 27th of February and I ordered on the 23rd so they needed almost a full working week to realise my order is out of stock. ( We're sorry to inform you that some or all of your order number 275345079 has now been cancelled as HUGO Men's Voyager Bumbag - Grey is no longer available. ) Now I can wait 3-5 working days to my refund so the whole process from the beginning until the refund will be almost 2 weeks time! What a shame! Stay away!
