Please avoid this company. I returned a very expensive MaxMara coat on the 1/12/23 which they received on the 4/12/23. Complete radio silence and no refund, every time I called up (which was about 6 times) they said to wait 48 hrs for a response and they didn’t know why I wasnt being refunded. Fast forward 5 weeks and I get a very curt email saying that I’d sent them an ASOS package and no refund would be isssued unless I explain. My £450 coat was gone, I had to fight and fight for a refund, not once did I get an explanation or an apology and when I eventually got a refund they said they were doing it out of ‘good will’ and that they has received an ASOS package. please NEVER shop with this company. It was the most stressful, upsetting experience .

I placed an order on 21/11/23 for 1 bag. On the 24th they charged my debit card a second time, without my permission and sent a second bag. I attempted to return both bags once they arrived. I have been refunded for one and given the run around on the other. They ignore your emails(I've emailed 3 different email addresses with no order over a 2 week period. Save yourself the trouble and dont shop with Coggles. This has been the worst online retail experience I have ever received

Returned three items together and only refunded for two. Months of customer service email exchanges. Always a different responder but same response. This is an absolute con. Shockingly poor customer service. DO NOT USE COGGLES. Wish I had read all these reviews first!!!!!!! Clearly not the first time. The warehouse staff must be stealing items.....

Never order from the US. Returns will cost you a minimum of $100. Worse is Coggles customer service . You can’t email anyone. All their links say “no reply” or “error.”

Absolutely bad service! I got the wrong item delivered on my mothers birthday, and they wouldn’t exchange it as they were out it stock by that time! Did not provide any alternative but to return and refund, no arrangement or alternatives provided. We were so excited to receive our shoes, firstly waste to time ordering, then a waste of time returning and then pathetic service. Even the manager did not help solve this! Please do not use this website! Very sad Date of experience: 18 July 2023

Refusing a refund even though returned in perfect condition. Have been the worst company I have ever dealt with, they will treat you like rubbish if you want a refund and refuse it, so horrible and stolen £200.

Do not buy from this company. Their returns process is a shambles and I am still waiting for refund from a parcel retuned on 11th Jan. I have emailed, sent tracking info, had confirmation it was being processed on 30th Jan and would be back in 5 days and still nothing. Disgraceful service. I will post daily until I get my refund to warn others, this should not happen!

I ordered from Coggles, the order did not arrived and after weeks of emails I got told that my order is missing in transit. After that the reply was “under investigation “ . I ask for refund as they didn’t deliver the goods but the only answer I got is “ still under investigation “ I haven’t received the order or the refund The worse experience with online shopping I ever had

Coggles refused to give me a £475 refund for an item which their courier lost. I had proof of leaving my parcel with their courier and it being collected, and yet Coggles refused to issue a refund. I spent 2 months corresponding with them. Sometimes spending 1 hour explaining the situation and asking for a manager to expedite the situation and no one provided any proactive resolution to the issue. All customer service staff I encountered were of no help at all. A refund was only eventually issued because the issue was escalated via Klarna, the payment provider I had used thankfully. Otherwise, I believe I would have never received a refund if just dealing direct with Coggles. I will never shop with them again. I also urge no one else to shop with them either. I wish I could give less than 1 star, or even negative stars as a rating.

This website is unreliable. I placed an order on 11/28 and was informed that the product was out of stock on 12/12/22. I don't think there was any communication in between—very disappointing experience. I don't recommend buying anything from this website.

Beware of this site, you risk losing your money. Don't buy anything from this website, it's not an honest buyer. After the package was hold by the customs and then returned to them by the customs, the return tracking number shows that the package has been delivered and they have signed for it, but they deliberately say that they have not received it and refuse to refund, I can only deal with this matter through PAYPAL. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad thing in so many years of online shopping.

I ordered an item less than 24hours ago. Sent a message to change it from L to M. Item was not dispatched. They could not help me. Message advised to ask for a refund as item not dispatched. Waited 1 more hour in online Queue to chat. Got through then on new attempt. My account shows that item has not been processed. Over the chat I was informed that it actually is dispatched but on my account it could appear after 24 hour with this update. Does not sound credible. So I can’t get a refund but I will get to send the item back for free. I’m reading other reviews and I wish I never ordered this item as it sounds that it may not even arrive and there is no point to send it back as it will probably not be acknowledged.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I returned a parcel over two weeks ago and they refused to refund me, claiming they hadn’t received the parcel. I used the same postage service I have used for all past returns and have never had an issue, so am certain that they are not being truthful. Additionally, I provided proof of postage and they are still not agreeing that I did actually return the parcel.

TERRIBLE. AVOID. Read their other reviews too! I bought a Barbour jacket from Coggles in May 2022. I ordered a size 10, but they delivered a size 12. I reached out to their customer services who denied I'd ordered a size 10 - despite me sending them my invoice and order confirmation. They were incredibly rude. After 4 messages, they admitted there was a system error at their end and eventually apologised. I returned the item on the 2 June and received an automated email from them acknowledging they had received the coat back. On the 28th June (4 weeks after they received the coat!) I was still chasing my refund. They're now denying receiving the coat back. I have given them my tracking number for the return as well as their email letting me know they have received it back, but they now 'want to look in to it'. I should not have to wait this long for my money back after their mistake in sending the wrong item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a $300 dress that fell apart the first time I wore it. After 2 weeks of back and forth with customer service, I haven’t even been provided with the correct information to return it. They said they would accept the return on basis that it was poor quality/faulty, and yet they are not doing anything to process my return/refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, appalling for a luxury retailer.

Return stuck with them for 4 weeks. Returned the shoes as the website stated that the were a UK 6 but the delivered shoes were clearly marked as a US 6 and even though the shoes were returned within 48hrs in the exact doubled boxed packaging that was supplied, Coggles are now saying that the goods were returned damaged. Thankfully I paid for next day signed for so at least I had proof of posting and receipt. I can definitely see a pattern with this Company I will never use them again.

Invited by them with their own offer of 15% off if I register, download app, and shop first time. Went through the whole process added items to basket and their provided code didn't work. Contacted Web chat customer service, they demanded photographic proof of their own offer, sent it through for the miserable customer service agent Alisa to say, no longer valid. Even though the sent offer was less than a week old and had no expiry date. No decency to provide another code. Disgusting company. Account deleted, avoid these con artists

I bought shoes for £374 from Coggles. The dye on the black, shearling interiors is unstable and I can't wear them without ruining my socks. Coggles refuses to refund me. They say that the manufacturer recommends waterproofing the inside but they, Coggles, can't advise as to HOW to do it, neither can they recommend a product. I dispute this (there's been no water anywhere near the shoes) and this was in not mentioned at the point of purchase. My full reviews are on Trustpilot. Coggles prices are very cheap but in my case dealing with them has been an expensive mistake. Terrible!
