“ I waited 7 weeks for a delivery. I contacted the company to find out why it wasnt delivered on time and they replied it was shipped back to their company but they dont know why. I asked why I wasnt informed and why they billed me custom fees but they said they dont know. Terrible service. Never received the item. I cancelled the order. ”

“ Avoid buying from them, worst on line company I have bought from. Returned a pair of shoes that were too big and had to constantly chase for refund. First they said they hadn’t received the item even though I provide Royal Mail proof of delivery. Took 2 months and even then I only got the refund after threatening to take them to county court. ”
