“ Do not buy from this company. Their returns process is a shambles and I am still waiting for refund from a parcel retuned on 11th Jan. I have emailed, sent tracking info, had confirmation it was being processed on 30th Jan and would be back in 5 days and still nothing. Disgraceful service. I will post daily until I get my refund to warn others, this should not happen! ”

“ If I could give 0 stars, I would. I returned a parcel over two weeks ago and they refused to refund me, claiming they hadn’t received the parcel. I used the same postage service I have used for all past returns and have never had an issue, so am certain that they are not being truthful. Additionally, I provided proof of postage and they are still not agreeing that I did actually return the parcel. ”
