“the vanity is beautiful but the delivery service is terrible. The vanity was to be delivered on a certain day. They called on that day asking if a semi could get into out development or if a smaller truck needed to be scheduled. It was inconvenient for us to schedule two different dates because we are so busy. Also, they never called to let us know they were planning on coming.”

“Ordered back in early May 2017. Received in mid June due to back order. Sent a note on June 16 with regard to the issue. No response until I sent another note on June 22. Response working with Mfg. Sent a follow-up on July 18 no response and again on July 24 stating still waiting for MFG and will send. On August 6 sent note looking for update and again on August 16....No response again. It is now over 60 days since I reported the issue with no resolution. Either poor customer service or they should not carry items from the Mfg. Not sure what to do. Just waiting for a new door front and some touch-up paint.”

“Items packaging was 'bullet proof'. Personal and very professional service. They handled delivery issue with UPS (UPS split the order and had trouble locating missing palette). VD (Christofer), promptly acted and send the missing vanity with new delivery. I didn't even have to call or deal with UPS. Very pleased with product quality and look. One happy customer :). “The vanities which we purchased (2) were shipped in impeccable packing. They were in pristine condition, with no indications that they had been shipped across the country. The vanities looked just like the pictures from which we purchased the vanities. We could not be more pleased with the quality or condition of the vanities. I knew we had purchased extremely well made vanities based on not only the cost, but also by visiting the website of the manufacturer of the vanities we purchased.”

“Vanities Depot offered a nice selection of solid wood vanities at affordable prices. I had been searching for a vanity for my guest bath remodel for quite some time. I was very pleased to find this one. It looks fantastic and coordinates perfectly with my new bathroom. Thank you for the great service and delivery!”

“I had picked out 2 vanities for a upgrade in 2 bathrooms that I was remodeling for the sale of my home. I realized I ordered the wrong colors. I wrote into customer service. They had a cab-do attitude. He was able to change the colors super quick. Their customer service is amazing! Love James Martin Vanities!”

“We received our first vanity in a very quick manner but it was damaged by UPS Freight because they switched the pallet to a smaller one sometime during their handling of it (no fault of Vanities Depot). When we contacted Vanities Depot, they immediately sent a new one without waiting for a UPS report. Our replacement one arrived (by a different shipping company) one week later (w/o damage)! Vanities Depot customer service was FABULOUS and our new vanity is GREAT (really nice looking and of quality construction). We have not installed it yet.”

“"the 72\" Mykonos Vanity was delivered as promised and appears to be in good shape (great packing - thanks!).\r\nHowever, the other vanity - 31\" Palm Beach - was not delivered by expected date, and when I called was told that manufacturer backed up the production. Although I understand that this wasn't Vanities Depot fault, I would have appreciated an advanced notice (email, maybe?). Now I'm hastily searching for another vanity option, and the scheduled project is jeopardized. Not cool :("”

“So easy to order. Customer Service reps were very knowledgeable in the different options offered. They also helped with tracking. Very professional. The shuttered vanity is beautiful and just as pictured. I am using it in a shore house and am really happy. The quartz top keeps gives it an updated feel. Overall I am very happy.”

“Being a property manager ive had many vanities shipped. I knew I already would like the vanity, that was never the issue. The issue is the vanity being delivered damaged, and vanities depot delivered without a scratch. Great service, great prices, and easy to deal with. Can't ask for anything more, I an very pleased.”

“They shipped my order to California instead of Georgia. Then when they caught the mistake (after I called to check where it was), it took them another week to actually get it corrected with the shipper and redirected. It's a month later and I still don't have my vanity.”
