“I have bought quite a few Subaru's from Colin Appleyard over the years and have always been satisfied with the cars they have supplied. I had decided that I wanted to replace a car and saw another Subaru I liked the look of on their site and called into their Huddersfield site where I met Matthew, who was most helpful. We discussed the car's features and he answered my questions, including its safe wading depth (a critical factor as far I am was concerned) and technical the detail of its specification. We then negotiated a trade in price for my current vehicle and discussed a possible time frame and logistics for a deal. Once he had satisfied me on the economic details of a possible deal we went for a test drive. I liked the way the car drove and so when we returned I stuck the pre-planned deal, and paid a deposit. I picked the car up the following week and I am pleased with it.”

“Recently bought a used car from Colin Appleyard Ltd and found the whole experience from first telephone contact with John Crichton to collecting the car a pleasure. “We went to another well known garage to start our search for our new family car and we quickly settled on a Suzuki Vitara. We already have a Swift so we knew we would love the Vitara just as much. However, we decided to walk away from that particular garage as we weren’t satisfied with how pushy they were being… …This is when we discovered Colin Appleyard Suzuki Garage. We fell in love with one of the Vitara's on their website straight away, it had everything we wanted and more! The website said they were shut but we thought we would give them a call anyway, there was no answer but they rang us back pretty soon after. They reserved the car for us to go and look a few days later right away. When we went to see the car, we took it for a test drive and we both took it in turns to have a drive of the car. We knew this was the car for us straight away. Jon who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable about the car itself, pointing out all the cool features and answering any questions we had. We booked in a collection date to go and pick up the new car before we left. We did have a few minor issues along the way with parts that needed fixing but they were sorted out with support from management and we cannot fault the great communication. The car came with a fresh MOT which was really nice to see and we also had a goodie bag of chocolates waiting for us. It’s these little touches that made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back when looking for a new car again - thanks Jon & team!”
