“Michelle was very helpful through the process of measuring my couch and designing the slipcover. The slipcover turned out great and fits well. The fabric is durable and stands up to the wear and tear from my dog. There were quite a few color choices. I got the silver sage in the cotton canvas which turned out nicely. Also, the price was reasonable and the production time of the slipcover was quite short.”

“My couch cover fits perfectly and is beautiful! It really surpassed my expectations. At first the measuring seemed daunting but were simple with the clear directions. I honestly couldn't be happier with the process or the cover!”

“They have false delivery times between their checkout and website. I paid for express samples which is supposed to be 3-5 business days, but when they emailed me they said it's 10-14 business days. When I pointed this out to them and told them I was no longer going to be at the address they sent as I'm moving into our new house, they told me they cannot issue a refund. Scammy company that I can't believe is rated so well. Lost my trust easily.”

Hi Was Im, sorry to read about the shipping information being conflicting. The estimates are technically still valid based on what's reported on the checkout page, and that is specific to the destination country of your delivery address. The information we mentioned via email is also technically true as we're citing this from the general shipping time information that we have on hand, which is a conservative estimate taken from shipping times to all countries. Unfortunately, the samples were already shipped by the time you contacted us to cancel the order, so it was already too late to recall the parcel at that point. “I am so glad I found this company. I was hesitant since it was overseas, but so glad I took that leap of faith after corresponding with the company with questions. They were EXTREMELY timely and helpful. Customer service was top notch. I was originally looking for some replacement covers for two pottery barn comfort sofas. When I saw they did custom ones, I gave it a shot. It took some time to get it done as I had to send measurements but they made it so easy! It was still faster than even a local company would be able to do. The measurements were submitted and verified - which I deeply appreciated as it was done right! The slipcover was done, sent and received within a week or so. It was fast! The slipcovered exceeded my expectations. I am also glad I listened to their recommendation of going with the pet friendly claw proof material. It is awesome!! Now that they have my measurements for the Pottery Barn Townsend sectional, I will be ordering another color. Great product & great service. By the way, the slipcover materials seems better quality than my original “upgraded” pottery barn slipcover and cost less.”

“This company is incredible !!!. From fabrication down to the customer service. They are very attentive and answer every question you may have . Rachel was extremely helpful in my experience this time around. This is my second slipcover from Comfort Works and the workmanship is chefs kiss 😘. I recently purchased a Crate & Barrel Unwind sectional sofa and wanted a cover that could be machine washed since we have 3 dogs and 3 humans in our household. Comfort Works delivered. They make the measuring task fairly easy and once the measurements go to production it was only a matter of weeks before I received my slipcover. If you are questioning if you should pull the plug or not..... do it. It is 100% worth it. Materials are beautiful and high quality and prices in my opinion are worth every penny. If you have kids and want a white sofa, or dogs that you want to invite up on the furniture with you then this is the way to go . No worries”

“Since we’ve got pets we went with the performance weave in woodland gray. The color is beautiful. A dark warm gray color. The fabric weave has a nice texture and a velvety touch. We received our order less than two weeks after placing it and the fit was amazingly meaty perfect. There’s some looseness on one side of the sofa cover itself and on the seat cushions though that could be due to wear on our 10 year old sofa. Over all we are so happy with this purchase. Our sofa has held up well but the original Crate and Barrel slipcover was looking very shabby. Now it looks like a brand new sofa and we couldn’t be happier.”

“I ordered a custom slipcover for my sofa. Comfort works sent me a guide on how to measure the entire sofa frame and cushions. I was very nervous about it fitting and I had some questions along the way but they have very responsive and friendly customer support that guided me through the entire process. The cover was delivered in a timely manner and overall it is a little loose, but it fits great. The cover should get a tad more snug as it is washed so I'm glad it was a little roomy. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that placing the order on their website and creating an account wouldn't work and so I ended up ordering it directly through customer service. Uploading photos of my sofa frame to their website was also not functioning well but after several exchanges of emails again with customer support, it was all resolved. I am happy to have a new look for my sofa.”

“I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend Comfort Works to other customers. The sofa cover arrived as predicted approximately one week after my order. I received the shipment tracking and was made aware of the delivery date/time. The cover was nicely packed and met the description. It fit my IKEA couch and was easy to put on.”

“I ordered a chair cover for $279. It didn’t fit, so I sent them pictures of the chair, and they told me it would need to be a custom order, for an extra $633, and a return/refund was off the table. After digging thru reviews I see that it’s a fairly Common practise for them. I would strongly avoid using them.”

Hi Ashlei! Dang! sorry to hear that the covers you got from us didn't fit! Unfortunately, we discovered it was because you bought covers for the Crate and Barrel Petrie Midcentury Armchair, whereas your actual armchair, though really similar-looking, was made by a different manufacturer altogether, by Urban Barn. All our covers are meant to fit the specific model it was designed for, and the only way we can get a set of working covers for you now would be to get them made-to-measure (fully custom-made) instead because we do not have pre-existing templates for the Urban Barn-made chair that you own. Hope you'll understand and we're here to help if you'd still like to proceed with your custom armchair covers. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“We have a Pearce sectional from Pottery Barn and purchased the Brushed Cotton Sand with knife edge for the cushions. Very satisfied with the quality. Had no problems with the delivery came straight to our house via UPS. They ensure you get the correct size for your cushions. The price was fair given they are custom made and the quality stitching. I live in Texas and couldn't find anyone in the US to do this work. Highly recommend Comfort Works. With these covers you sofa will last a lifetime.”

“Just perfect. The size, the look, the fabric are exactly as expected, the expedition was on time (even earlier), packaging is great. The plies in the fabric disappeared in 24 hours and I'm so happy that my couch looks as new now, thanks to you:)”

“I LOVE my new slipcover for my PBSquare Arm Comfort couch in white canvas. It fits perfectly and was 1/3 the price for a replacement from PB. The Comfort Work team was wonderful to work with through the process of measuring, checking and double checking. Hannah was especially attentive to my many, many questions and always responded timely. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again soon.”

“Delivery arrived in good time. Well packed in lovely bag and ribbon! Garment has been made to a High Standard. My chair is not an IKEA but I took the chance given the measurements of said chair and the cover fits very, very well.”

“I bought a slipcover for my very old Pottery Barn sofa designed by Mitchell Gold. Pottery Barn no longer sells this slipcover and has changed the design of this sofa...... I would have to buy a custom slip that would be the cost of a new sofa- THEN I found Comfort Works.... They are wonderful- first, they sent me fabric samples free of charge then when I chose my fabric the slipcover arrived more quickly than expected. It is perfect. Fits much better than the original from Pottery Barn. I wholeheartedly recommend Comfort Works!”
