“We had purchased slip covers for a discontinued Ikea couch. The covers were slightly small and left gaps in between the cushions. Mark at Comfortworks was so great to work with and he asked for our measurements, they sent replacements, and we are very happy. Thanks Mark!”

“After my mistake , of ordering the wrong slipcover, Comfort Works graciously helped to correct the problem ! I was so apprehensive to even send an email!! There was an instant message of help. Within a couple of weeks I had my replacement. What a wonderful company. I can’t wait to reorder in every color !! Thank you Comfort Works!!”

“had many bubbles in the fabric, and cheap quality, have contacted them several times in order to get courier to colect and refund the amount paid , unfortunately after no avail have had to go through paypal.”

Hey Rukeya! Sorry to hear about the issue you faced with the covers. I wasn't able to find your emails in our support inbox, but I've already emailed you separately today to get more details about the bubbling issue you faced. It's pretty unusual to see this happening with the fabric you picked (Everyday Linen) as they're flat woven without any backing (we sometimes encounter cases where someone accidentally tumble-dried or ironed their covers with backings which resulted in layers separating and "bubbling"). But if you can send us some photos that would be super helpful for me to investigate this for you. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“First the positives. I ordered the Ekbol cushion covers in the ECO fabric. The fabric is very high quality, colour is a beautiful and they fit perfectly! Why 3 stars instead of 5...There is a design flaw that I find odd. On both cushions that face out of the sides of the couch the zipper is visible. I find this to be an unattractive look especially because the fabric is the amber colour and the zippers are white. The original covers that the couch came with did not have any visible zippers. This takes away from the overall clean lines in the couch. At the price I paid I expected to have the sleek look the couch already had but with a different fabric. I will likely have to hire a seamstress to change the zippers to match the fabric better and make them less visible.”

“My husband and I are are so pleased to see our couch revived! We have the Pottery Barn Grand sofa and we ordered the green cotton cover and it fits perfect! It is so beautiful! I did wash it and as it is cotton it did wrinkle. I ironed it and problem solved. Material is as promised and now my husband has his favorite nap couch back. We totally recommend Comfort Works! And we will be ordering again!”

“I can not say enough nice things about my experience with Custom Works. Everything exceeded my expectations. I ordered a replacement slip cover for my PB Comfort sofa thru Comfort Works because PB doesn't make knife edge cushions anymore. I ordered samples that came within a week. I placed my order that day and received my slip covers in around 1 week! I went with a canvas slip cover and the quality is great. I will be recommending your company to all my friends! Again - well done!”

“Amazing covers and excellent customer service. My dogs destroyed my Sven Sofa from article. Chewed the piping on the side, crushed the back cushions and left stains on the seat. The claw proof velvet makes it look brand new again.”

“La funda es perfecta. Igual a la que tenía original de maison du monde. Solo una pega hay que hacer trámites de aduanas al ser una importación desde China. No hay costes adicionales pero hay que hacer documentos que FEDEX te va pidiendo. Detallan cómo hacerlo eso si. MUY BUEN PRODUCTO!!!”
