“I also ordered 2 pairs of sandals from Leather fully. They did not fit I reached out to the company and the refused to issue a refund as they were not damaged and that is the only way they would refund. I spent alot of money on them and can't get my money back. Also the material they use to make the sandals is very thin and not leather. If you purchase their products don't expect them to last long.

“It took me over a month to get my sandals as I live in Canada and when I finally got them, I tried them on and they did not fit.
I have sent over a dozen emails over the past month and no reply.
I also called the telephone number provided and still no contact with me.
All I wanted to do was return the sandals for a full refund. The refund policy only allows me to obtain a refund within one month of receiving the sandals and they have to be in perfect condition.
I am now out $60. And cannot wear the sandals as they do not fit.
I am not happy with Comfy Sandals…this is not good customer service.

Sent wrong size said to give to my friends for discount on another pair. Definitely not interested in purchasing from here ever again. The shoes I ordered were a knock off, poor quality. I spent $ 72.38 on paypal -shopify. I returned to customer service address on website.( $24 my cost) He said they did not receive them and you have to return to China, but would not supply the address for 1 month of asking for it.”
“I ordered two pairs from "Leatherfully" and paid through PayPal. I did receive my order but the sandal straps are baggy at the front and fit in the back. I emailed them for return instructions, they had me send them pictures, then offered a 15% "discount" as the best they could do and suggested I take it and give the shoes to someone else or pay to ship them to China. So, yes, they did respond to my emails, but I am not satisfied with the product and the refund process. I haven't found out what they mean by "discount" because I sure don't want a credit toward a future purchase!
Here's an excerpt from their email: Thanks for your email and purchase in our store.
Since the dimensions are manually measured by us, there will inevitably be some errors, which are unavoidable. I had shipped out to you according to the size you placed the order. Maybe you can give this product to your relatives or friends. But not the quality problem we couldn't apply for the refund to you, we could apply for the highest discount code at 15% for you, is it ok?
And if you return it, you need to pay the shipping cost to China, it needs about a month to solve. This is a long waiting process.
So we suggest that you could accept the discount code."”

“I had the same problem as many others here. I ordered a 4-pack and they said the full order shipped. I only received one pair. I disputed the charge with my bank. I also kept the pkg the one pair I received came in to prove I only got the one pair.

“i ordered 5 pr (special on one style 4pk) plus 1 of another style, I finally received an email several weeks after I ordered that my full order was shipping, it noted it would take an additional 7-14 days. It was about that time I received an envelope in my mail box containing 2 pr of shoes. It says on tracker that full order was shipped, so i sent an email a few days later, no response. Another week gone by sent another email. So far no response. I am going to try 2 different phone numbers I found listed. but wont hold my breath, unfortunately I did not us paypal and doubt my bank will refund as paperwork says full order. my word against theirs. I Like the pair that I wanted 4 of, the wedge style kind of cheesy and not as comfortable. So guess I am out my money.......lesson learned, always check them out first or try to make contact via phone or email with questions prior to putting up money.”

“I ordered a pair of sandals on 4/30/21 and have never received anything despite the fact that they set up a tracking number on 5/3/21 with USPS in Buffalo NY. The Post Office never received a package. I have sent numerous emails and left multiple voice mails with no response. I tracked them to an address in Canada but looking at the building it looks like strip mall with a totally different name on the door at the address. Definitely a scam! Who do we report this to to shut them down? I still receive almost daily emails from them.”

“This company is a scam and please do not order from them. I filed a complaint against their store. Please go to Shopify.com and file a complaint at: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/email. Type in your question. I typed in, "file a complaint" and was taken to the correct page to send my complaint. Also send whatever documentation you have as far as trying to contact the store and a copy of your receipt from your confirmation email. Never let anyone take advantage of you when there is always something that you can to to fight back. Keep at it until you get the response you need. “Waited 2 months for my $165 order. Never received a single pair. No response from company after sending four emails. Thankfully, I had purchased through Paypal and after the company attempted to snooker Paypal, I was refunded my entire amount.”
