“(7-16-2020) SURE WISH I HAD FOUND THIS SITE BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THEM TOO. PLACED MY ORDER FOR 2 PAIRS, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND GOT THEIR MONEY.
SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT MY ORDER WAS ON IT'S WAY. SAID THAT IT SHOULD ARRIVE WITHIN 14-21 DAYS. IT NEVER DID! TOOK MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS: EMAILED THEM EVERY DAY (EVEN THOUGH I NOW THINK THAT THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY-SCAMMING PEOPLE), BUT I SENT EMAILS EVERY DAY "BUGGING" THEM ABOUT MY ORDER AND REQUESTING A REFUND. STATING THAT THEY WEREN'T LEGITIMATE, THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE WORKING THERE TO "GET BACK WITH YOU" IF YOU SEND 'EM AN EMAIL. SO FINALLY, I WENT 3 STEPS FURTHER: I FIRST WROTE THE COMPANY A LETTER~REQUESTING A REFUND. SECOND: I CONTACTED THE BBB AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THEM AND THIRD: I CONTACTED THE POSTAL INSPECTORS BECAUSE THEY SOMEHOW ARE USING THE POSTAL TRACKING SYSTEM AND I SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. AFTER REFUSING TO ACCEPT THE OPTION THAT THE BBB GOT BACK TO ME WITH (COMFY SANDALS WANTED TO CONTINUE WITH: MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED) AND THE POSTAL INSPECTORS GOT BACK WITH ME THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT AND WILL GET BACK WITH ME WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED WITH THEIR INVESTIGATION. IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS SINCE I GOT MY EMAIL FROM THE POSTAL INSPECTORS AND I JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM COMFY SANDALS (7-16-202) STATING THAT I HAVE A REFUND BEING CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD...WOW!! HAD I KNOWN THAT THAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED, I WOULD HAVE DONE ALL THIS SOONER! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO OTHERS: DO NOT ORDER FROM COMFY SANDALS...THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY!”

Placed my order several weeks ago, and I never received my sandals. They charged my card of course. SCAM!!! The customer service line is a black whole and the contact email bounces back. “I purchased a pair of sandals at the beginning of May and then received an email on May 8 that my order was shipping and to expect them in 7-14 days. I have been tracking them ever since. First all tracking information was in Chinese but finally was able to get it translated into English. The last post was on May 31 that my sandals were being prepared for shipment from China. I have sent an email to Comfy Sandals with no response from them. Of course they charged my credit card in May so they gave my money so they don’t care if I ever receive my sandals. Do not order from them!”

“Same story, different day. They charged my credit card end of May and still no sandals. Tracking number info is in Chinese! Wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered from them. I also will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Hopefully my credit card can recover the money and thankfully I only ordered one pair of sandals.”

The tracking information says that my shoes are in Brooklyn NY and when I call Comfy to find out where my shoes are all I get is a message saying leave a message. I have emailed them several times and have not received a response nor have I received my sandals. Bad way to do business. I'm filing a claim with the BBB.”

If I had done my homework before and looked at this website, I would never have ordered them. I went to Amazon, bought a better sandal for slightly less money, received the package on time, and have just now ordered two more pairs. They will arrive on time July 8, 2020.

I’ve emailed, called and left messages and sent messages on the “contact us” page of their site, still nothing. I’ll dispute the charges like others have done and see if I can at least get my money back that way.”
“Ordered four pairs of sandals for $98 on April 10th and they took my money immediately. Still no sandals in May. No response to my email. Still no sandals in June so I disputed the charge on my credit card and money was temporarily refunded. After 75 days two pairs of sandals were delivered and they smell like fish.”
