Today I received information saying that Comfy Sandals is denying my claim based on the fact that they did their due diligence by shipping the order, even though there is no evidence that purchase was received. After reading numerous reviews it appears that this site is a scam, so please read reviews before ordering from them.”

“I ordered a pair for my granddaughter and as a result of the UpSale I purchased a second pair that same day. After about one weeks I noticed that a shipping label was created for both pair. After two weeks I noticed that my order was still being processed.
I am now 31 days past my original order date, I have called the company no less than three times 319-209-6566 and at least the same amount of emails.
I left voice mails as there is never a live person to answer the phone. None of my emails were responded to. I spent a total of $71.89 for the two pair. Today I called my bank and had the charges reversed for both pair.

“It's a shame so many people had problems. I 've now ordered 8 pairs of shoes and all have been really nice. In fact, I gifted 2 pairs and am about to order some more. All shoes have held up well for several years even though I wear them to death. They are so comfortable, and the price is what I usually pay for shoes. The only drawback is that they take a long time to come, 6-8 weeks. But they are worth the wait.”
