“Worst customer service ever
They can’t find my order then say I can’t get a refund because they were reshipped
Now there is no response from the company”
“I received one order today and the product is horrible. It is poorly made, not durable and not comfortable. Upon receipt I realized the product is made in China which is a country I do not normally make purchases through. I can not believe it's even legal for the business to make sales with this product. I am currently asking PAYPAL for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE this PRODUCT.”
“I ordered the comfy sandal in size 11 which should be 42 in uk, they came and are a size 45. Way too big, I cannot in any way wear them. Comfy sandals do not have a website, their was no invoice in the box. What am I supposed to do with them.”
“I ordered sandals and never got a confirmation email. The money was debited out my account. I contacted them a few times with no response. I had two orders prior to this but said it wouldn’t be here for up to 21 days. I did get a confirmation with those orders.”

“It took me about 2 months to receive my shoes. I finally received them today. They indicate that they are a size 9 however they fit like a size 7. My toes and my back heel are over the edges. I cant believe how I received them. All of the boxes were squashed as if someone step on them. The boxes were put together in a black bag and tape up all around them with yellow tape. I like the sandals but I just don't know who would make a size 9 feel and look like a size 7. I'm very disappointed.”

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ALSO YOU SHOULD KNOW THEY HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. WHAT I SAID TO THE VISA REP. THEY ARE WAITING FOR THAT TIME TO GO BY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!”

I ordered, the charge is listed on my bankcard statement, BUT NO SANDALS. I never even received an order confirmation or an order number.
I have tried calling the "customer service" phone number...guess what?? IT IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER. I have e-mailed the company twice, and they didn't go through...it is as if the "company" doesn't exist.
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. (And I don't even know if I can get my bank charges reversed.)”
“Took seven weeks to deliver. Didn’t look like sandals in the Ad. Smell disgusting, don’t fit, cheap materials. Wouldn’t even call these shoes, maybe house slippers. I have Emailed for a return Label but haven’t had a response. Will be contacting PayPal and my Credit Card company. Do not trust I will ever get reimbursed by The shoes. Company! Paypal should reimburse me for the return shipping assuming I hear from the Company.”
“The sandals took a while to arrive which would have been OK if they were worth the wait. While they are comfortable the workmanship is lacking; the trim on the side is not a uniform width, there are pieces on the side that haven't been sewn down and the stretchy strap at the back is too long so it does not hold your heel securely. I consider the money paid unwisely spent. Learn from my mistake and save yours.”
“I did receive my sandals, but as many have said, they were the wrong size. Way too small. Contacted the company by email, first to exchange, then to return, as by then I realized dealing with them was going to be a challenge. What if the next shipment is wrong? First I have to send a picture of the product. I send pics of the boxes because they show the size, and a pic of one smashed on my foot. Nope, need pics of the actual sandals. OK, then I got instructions to return - to a USA address, thankfully. Must send tracking#, which I did. Off they go. I see they are delivered. Question about the refund. Oh - what was tracking number? Lots of back and forth, but I finally received my refund less all shipping charges. My suggestion is to use Amazon or other reputable US company for any purchases. This whole procedure took almost 2 months after I received the sandals. Sounds like others had it much worse. Also check out reviews for anything you want to order off a Facebook ad.”

“I was really disappointed in the quality of these sandals. I requested a return but instead was offered a $3 credit?! I insisted on returning but was then offered a $7 credit. I am still trying to get instructions to return these, and to get a refund. This website is a ripoff.”
“I asked for a refund since I did not get my order, They said they could not refund since the order was being processed. The order ended up in Canada, I checked the tracking , and asked for a refund then. They stalled and I have , as of yet not received either goods or refund. This has been going on for a couple of months now.”
“Unfortunately, I ordered the Comfy Sandal in the winter, when I saw a sale on them. I didn't try them on right away as the weather was cold. (It also took nearly 2 months to receive them). They're very pretty - I got the blue, and the base if very cushy. BUT the thong is too far back on the base of the shoe and kills me between my toes. I was hoping it would stretch and become more comfortable, but I could only stand wearing them twice. They're too painful. I'll have to find a friend with a smaller foot who will hopefully be able to wear them. The company has a strict 30 day return policy so there's no returning them at this point. Make sure you try them on right away if you order any.”

The tracking number shows they were delivered in California but I live in Illinois. I am really hoping I get the sandals or my money back. I tried to call customer service but the line is disconnected.”
