Totally disappointed I ordered two walking stick seats £42 on the 16th June which were in stock. However after emailing and phoning I still haven't received them yet the payment was taken out of my account very promptly!

I ordered 2 weeks ago nothing arrived. Managed to get through by phone after continually trying. Service was so bad I was beginning to think that they didn't actually exist. They do - avoid!

I placed an order with this Company and received a confirmation email. The disinfectant spray hasn’t arrived and I tried to call and to email the company. They’re not answering their phone or responding, very worrying as I need the products by Mo day reopen my stores and now have to reorder. Of course, the money has been taken. I’ll have to try to get my money back from them but this is additional hassle that I don’t need at this point in time. Really poor service, my advice is.. don’t buy from them!

I will never recommend this company to anyone again. They have let me down and now my employer. Emailed and phoned so many times. I still have not received my order or the items missing from a previous order.

I bought some slippers which arrived quickly and were of reasonable quality but did not fit. They were nominally size 6 which is what I wanted but were more like an 8. However my reason for the bad rating is that they have ignored all phonecalls and emails over the last 10 days and this seems to be a very familiar pattern from what I've read on here. I note from another website that a good percentage of the workforce can't stand them either so I do wonder how the Company's management is able to keep a straight face.

hi placed and paid for an order on the 22nd april have tried to contact then by phone several times no joy when i did get to speak to someone not only was he dam right rude he said my order would be here we are now the 29 th may and still no order arrived you customer care for the disabeled is a disgrace

I have been waiting for an order for too long now and no wonder all the bad reviews. I wish I read them before ordered from you. Your average delivery time is within 5 days..... more 5 weeks or not receiving at all.

Ongoing issue regarding return of adjustable bed. Unsuitable for 86yr old gentleman who is unsteady on his feet. The bed is too high and the bed moves easily across the floor when leant against. So totally unsuitable! Tried to arranged for return. Was told that as the item wasn't in 'unopen' condition (White glove service was paid for on delivery-£120) wrapping was obviously removed when installed and taken away by fitters! Was told would need to pay a further £120 for collection and removal. Agreed to this, Gaynor customer service advisor was my named contact (based Preston area) passed the request onto engineers for collection. She has yet to confirm/return my many calls. Rang several times, spoke to other advisors, who assured me they would pass my concerns to Gaynor via email and phone call. No one has returned my calls. I have constantly had to chase this up. This is still ongoing. The aftersales return service is a joke.

Very poor service. I ordered a bed two months ago. It has still not arrived despite me calling the company numerous times. I’ve been robbed off with excuses and am getting fed up! Avoid this company.

Waited a month for my item, fobbed off with excuses. Could no longer get through by phone. Only when I wrote a negative review on Trust Pilot did someone call me and promise to get it sorted - two weeks later, no item, no further correspondence. Emailed them requesting immediate refund - no response. This company is a joke and I'll be in touch with trading standards and citizens advice bureau if I've heard nothing by end of week.

Ordered house phone five weeks ago .it has still not arrived .was given tracking no but it was not recognised by currier .was told manager was dealing with it two weeks and then one week ago still no joy .am letting cc comp deal with it .if anyone out there paid by credit card ring them it’s so easy .dont bother opergising complete care you are just fobbing people off.

Please help ordered a tumbleform chair and heard nothing now nearly 3 weeks later still nothing. They have taken the money promised to ring and let me know but nothing. If not here at the end of the week will talk to my credit card company to get my money back.

Cancelled my order 5 WEEKS ago as the delivery was going to take too long. Despite having chased and repeatedly promised it would be refunded "in a few days" still nothing. Now they have taken to just not responding to my emails. I have reported the company to my credit card company who are now dealing with it to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

This is a company with terrible customer service. We order a phone for an elderly lady in total isolation in a care home due to COVID. The order was despatched on time but has been stuck with couriers for 2 weeks. I know this is a difficult situation but the level of help I received from this company was appalling, in fact, they could not care less. They did not reply to emails and even after 12 days of waiting said they would not look into the problem. Eventually, they said the manager would take a look, nothing changed and no one has called me back. I still have no idea when I will receive what I purchased…. Avoid this company!
