“29 days gone after placing my order, it has still not arrived today. When I phoned up to enquire a week ago I was even made feeling responsible that as I was told that I should phone up earlier to chase my order!! I expect to receive my order between 3-5 working days and not infinitely!!”

“Spoke to a girl today for some help about dimension on springer ferrules for walking stick . She couldn't tell if they fitted internal or external, just they are 18mm or 19mm is all we got. I ask if i could speak to some else that could give a better understanding and response. This girl attitude was most unhelpful and awkward in every way,. She should be ashamed in her attitude and never man the phone to customer service.”

“Placed order, four days later still not despatched. Phoned to find out why, spoke to a girl with absolutely no manners, shouldn’t be let loose on members of the public, let alone customers. Asked to speak to a manager, she refused. Will have to wait and see when my order arrives and write another review. I would suggest that management look at these negative reviews, they will cost you customers.”

“""Has made such a difference for my husband. Before receiving the standing from sitting aid he had to use the upstairs toilet as the walls in the downstairs loo were not strong enough to install hand rails. The unit is so robust and very reasonably priced.”

“Absolutely appalling service bought a wheelchair and adult bibs with a promise of delivery within 4-5 days. Eight days later nothing arrived, I rang and was promised order would be dispatched that day. Six days later nothing. Staff became rude tutting on the phone at me and putting the phone down, refusing to put me through to there manager. After about 5 calls and hours of my time wasted I spoke with a Manager who told me there warehouse staff could not find the wheelchair and that it would be sent direct from the manufacturer and would be 4-5 days. So they have my money for 3 weeks and still no wheelchair. Avoid this company with like the plague, they initially sound lovely on the phone but end up being rude. To add insult to injury the manager (Jane) said she understands my predicament as her mother is in a wheelchair (at least she got her wheelchair) In the meantime my mother remains bed bound...”

“My order arrived very quickly despite the fact that the box in which the four sticks were packed had one end torn off completely and been repaired with white plastic. There was no guidance sheet on assembling the sticks, but on inspection there were instructions on the sticks themselves so setting up two of them was not a problem even with arthritic hands. I haven't had time to practice with them yet but assume it follows the principle of marching. The brief period of standing with them relieved back ache very satisfactually. I look forward to longer practice!”

“I ordered a Kitchen Trolley by telephone and received excellent advice. I was advised that Trolley would be delivered within one to five days, it was actually on my doorstep within thirty six hours - beautifully packed and with no damage to carton whatsoever. The Trolley is absolutely brilliant for my needs and I am delighted both with the product and the service I received - many thanks to all concerned.”
