“They advertise they will monitor your flight and adjust the pick up accordingly. This is not true. My flight of 11 hours was 1hr early and they said the driver wasn't coming for an hour. How is it in 11 hours they didn't bother to check once that the flight was on time? And then they refuse to offer a refund or a credit? Not serious company...choose another one”

We had booked a large car to drive us to the airport in Nice, but the driver dis mot show up. He then texted us 15 minutes later that he could be there in 15 minutes… as we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids, this was a challenging situation to get to our flight in time. We managed to find an alternative and will NEVER use connecto again! Absolutely unreliable.
Let’s see if we get any money back but i guess its lost…”

I booked a refer transfer with a premium van and paid deposit in advance.
Upon departure I informed the company that our flight was delayed 20 mins, but was notified that this was not necessary as the driver was tracking our flight details.
Arriving at Hamburg we collected our bags and headed to the collection point but our driver was not there. I rang the company who told me that our driver had left but they would get him back. 10 minutes later, a driver turned up with no sign and a very vague knowledge of my name. He then had us follow him up escalators (dragging our 2 bike bags and other luggage.... which I paid extra to have included in the transfer) only to be taken to a taxi.
The driver had no knowledge of our hotel address and still charged us the additional 77 Euro we had been quoted by Connecto for our Premium Van (103 Euro total for the pick-up). For the record, a taxi between our hotel and the airport was 23 Euro!!
When I contacted the company for an explanation, I received zero feedback other than "we will look into it".
Needless to say, when I heard nothing, and received no apology for what had happened I cancelled our return to the airport and instead had a wonderful Uber experience for 23 Euro.

“Booked driver and paid deposit to Lisbon Airport. No sign of the driver, rang the company to be told that driver booked could not be contacted and was left with no alternative but to cancel and having to look for another way of getting to the airport. Very disappointing .”
“Do not use this company. When booking the transfer they asked for my flight arrival time ( not what time I would like up be collected). My flight arrived 10 mins ahead of its scheduled time. The passport control queue was long so I messaged the office to advise them I was going to be a little delayed.
When I got through to arrivals the driver had gone, he did not try to contact me. I rang the office and they said they wouldn’t help me arrange another transfer.
After complaining to them they would not offer a refund of the 61 euros paid and said they had taken it as ‘expenses’.
Terrible service, avoid like the plague and get an Uber (which was 20 euros cheaper anyway!)”
“Prepare for a bait-and-switch from many of their contracted drivers with 0 consumer protection. Make sure to get receipts of all conversations and transactions because connecto will not do anything otherwise.”

Driver picking us up at Zurich airport cancelled because we came out 1 h and 2 min after the plane had landed (the gate was far from baggage claim, had to navigate the confusing airport layout with a baby and a toddler, lines for passport control were long as we were non-EU/Swiss - didn't stop for anything but was still not fast enough). He then said he was still at the airport despite cancelling and would take us to the city centre for a new full fare, meaning double payment as we had prepaid. We didn't have much choice because it would be a struggle to book additional transport otherwise with our babies and luggage and therefore paid him. Turns out he also did not have the correct car seats that we had prepaid for - the infant seat provided was actually rated for 15 to 25 kg, which was not suitable for our 9 month old but the driver insisted that it was correct. Extremely passive aggressive for the rest of the ride. We put in a complaint on the unsuitable car seats as well on the Connecto website and received no response. Shocking experience overall and would never use them again.”
“To be honest I would give connectotransfers no stars of it was possible. I booked a transfer from my location to the airport two weeks in advance. I paid the deposit as required and received confirmation of the booking including pick up time and location. At the time of pick there was no sign of our driver so I rang the customer service line who explained the driver is 5 minutes away. Another 10 minutes past with no sign of the driver so I rang again. Again I was told the driver was on the way and would be with us shortly. 25 minutes after our scheduled time still no sign of our driver. We called customer service again and we're told he went to the wrong pick up location but her was on his way. Keep in mind we are now delayed in getting to the airport by 30mins. After continuing call customer service and waiting over 55minutes we were then told are pick up would take another hour to get to us. Of course, this meant that we missed our flight and had to stay another night and await an early flight the next morning. This failure of service cost my family over €900 and connectotransfers offered us nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth the stress and finances if they provide the service we received.”

The first driver refuses to take us when he finds out it's an airport transfer.
The second driver frantically set up by the call centre bails out 15 minutes later, and we saw him drive by.
The call centre says it might take a half hour to wait for a 3rd vehicle.
No thanks, assures me the refund is in progress.
Cost me an additional 20 Euros to find my own alternative.
Twenty-one days later after three emails, and two phone calls refund is posted.
No apology, no future retention offer, nothing......
