The bones I received are whole, I thought they came cut as they looked in the photo. I don t understand why there was water with blood in the package, I m very disappointed ...I m paying for the bones not for the liquid.

main part of my order never arrived. Communication from their team was prompt but I was promised re delivery 3 times after chasing each time… nothing arrived and no explanation. It’s been a month since I ordered… still nothing.

Three items not delivered and 10 days later I am still awaiting a refund. Seriously this is a terrible service. Phoned up several times, emailed, messaged various times. Still no luck. 231007524834

Given I received the package accompanied by an email saying everything was fresh, I found one of the duck packages semi frosted, and the email responding to my query 24 hrs later telling me it had been previously frozen, meant I couldn’t eat it. And all requests for replacement or reimbursement were ignored I’d say this was pretty poor.

Poor customer services, never was refunded for the full amount of poor quality bacon I purchased. only some of it even after they admitted there was a problem. I even had to chase up the partial refund and was told rubbish that they had not heard about the poor quality bacon then was told totally differently on another phone call to them. I was told people were in the office then 1 miinute later that they were off for the day. I notice when there is a problem the staff disappear rather than deal with the problem In short, they have lost our custom

I am not happy with the last purchase despite me been a customer for some time ..This is the worst product / May be delivery time it took Chicken is soft and smelling and the pack is warm not even frozen Plus when I open the chock it smells Plus the tips of the wings which I like to eat and reason I buy wings have been CUT OFF? WHY I like to eat the tips o the wings ..not sure why it was cut off and the whole delivery is not good

I was very unhappy with my purchase , straight after receiving my order I went on to the website and advised Coombes farm that the items were not frozen, they had defrosted and so had the packaging and we just cold , the reason we buy this product is because of my husbands very sensitive stomach and there is little food he can eat as a result of this we had to throw our order away, we advised you of this and have heard nothing from you

Came unfrozen due to delayed delivery. Unsuitable for consumption as the order worth £60 was put in the depot overnight and in the van half of the day on the delivery day. No response to my email regarding reimbursement.

Last time we spoke with you we had agreed to wait for the order to arrive to assess its condition, as you were away on holiday - as per our phone call you had agreed to get back in touch if there were any issues. Often there are small hiccups with third party couriers, however we are more than happy to rectify these if notified of this. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the mince particularly as we purchased 3 kgs. When it arrived we were surprised that it looked like it had very high fat content . We have cooked the mince in a couple of meals and quite honestly it was awful. Very fatty and quite a bit of gristle . We will not be purchasing again. We purchased 8 chicken breasts and they were very good though !!

Mostly pastry which was very hard on the outside and undercooked on the inside with very little meat and a dubious gravy with some vegetables. One of the worst pies I have ever eaten and at this price unforgivable. Avoid.

Well, my parcel should be delivered on Saturday and has been held on dpd depot for 4 days. Got my refund without any hassles but I still wanted my products

Delivery did not come to my door and the customer center did not help me even though I have told them a specific instructions in advance. The service care also did not care about it afterward. Also bone for bone broth came in too big size, so it did not fit in a pot.

In explanation, further to dpd issues, responded to your offer for earlier delivery on 21st for the whole order. Order eventually arrived on the 23rd, after advised delivery date and time changed 3 times by dpd, and having been on unrefrigerated transport since pickup on wed 21st, according to dpd tracking. Clearly this was not acceptable so refused delivery and had to source alternative turkey etc. Very disappointed and have emailed yourselves and awaiting a reponse.
