I just wanted to thank CoPart for assisting me in this hard time of losing my vehicle. My car was total loss they picked my car up quick. The process was held up due to my insurance not responding to correct paperwork. And there was an Angel Eleanor C. with title express lien department who went above and beyond to help me get the insurance to respond she also was able to reach out to my lender t finally get the payoff amounts after a few failed attempts to get pay off. This sped up the process and without her help I wouldn’t have gotten it done. Although I am stressed and still in the process at end Eleanor was a light to me. CoPart process was easy and they certainly did their job effectively and efficiently! Also Candace L. With titling who noticed I was in distress at the beginning and helped me understand the process and gave me kind words of encouragement. Thank you both ladies for exuding professionalism and being empathetic.

Copart auctions are without a dout the most professional organization has ever done business with. One of the experiences I had was with the office managers in Tanner Alabama her name was Makyla after my third call she answered the phone I told her my situation I had bought a pontoon boat without a trailer and I needed the measurements in order to know what trailer to bring in order to pick it up. Even though they are not required to provide the service someone out to get the measurements so I could make sure I took the right trailer. She did this joyfully with a good attitude, and it was much appreciated. This is my first experience, buying online auctions 76 years old. Trust me I need all the help I can get. Good attitude and customer service in most industries are a thing of the past is so refreshing to do business with the company willing to help you and not try to make you feel incompetent.Makylla you get 5 stars in my book. I look forward to meeting Makyla in Pearson so I can thank her in person hn I pick up my purchase today.

I found it east to use.My car was delivered very quickly 2 days after I paid. The drive was friendly and the lady I talked to in the office was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions.

I got a great deal on a motorcycle that would have been triple the price if it not for being a insurance sale. Please read all of the information before you decided to become a member and bid on the vehicles, some states don’t allow non broker bidding, so you have to pay for a broker as well as bidding fees. So that being said do your research and be sure you understand what you are getting into. I won a Very nice CVO Harley that only needed some work to get it on the road.

I had a good experience for the most part. The only issue I found myself having was getting them to answer my calls or to get a call back from them. But the employees where all very helpful and respectful.

I made a mistake buying a trailer that I didnt want.Copart pgh south made it easy to relist it and it got resold and I broke even.thanks .more pictures of the damaged areas would be helpful,I might even bid more if there's no questionable areas.

New web site needs work. Days of auctions don't match neither do amounts bid. First page may say 3days 0 hours when second page says future. Annoying at best. Also date of sale was best not 3 Days 3 hours as it is now. Red letters hard to read.

I'm doing this review for a particular Copart location(Lexington West, KY) although I also like several other locations as well(Columbus, Oh). I see on here that a lot of people are not happy with various aspects of Copart corporation. I totally agree with these. I think the problems can be summed up and are a result of a company getting way to big. Once a company gets so big they beginning taking over and eliminate most competition so it becomes like communism. If they don't have much to compete against they begin to care less for their customers. This is the state of Copart. I'm actively looking for other venues to buy from because I also have gotten tired of Copart's high fees, some horribly run locations(long lines, mean people, poor loading, etc.). But I would like to give a shout out to some of their more brighter stars. There are locations where everyone is just super nice and helpful and efficient. One of these is Lexington West in Kentucky. I've been to many down in Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio and Kentucky. Louisville(KY) is the worst I came across. Waited half a day to get loaded and found out later they didn't even fill the title out correctly from what I understand this is normal for them. Luckily I had the nice people here in Lexington to help!

I had a overall good experienced, I was surprised some cars take months to view, with title problems. Fees are high, but that appears to be american capitalism, super high all the time

SOMETIMES THE LOADERS ARE BACKED UP TOO MUCH AND YOUR APPOINTMENTS ALTHOUGH BETTER THAN THE PAST ARE HARD TO NAVIGATE ON YOUR WEB SITE.. OTHERWISE THE SERVICE IS VASTLY IMPROVED OVER THE PAST. THANK YOU FOR ASKING FOR OUR INPUT. SINCERELY BUYER #558772
