“Why does Costco hate heavy men who wear size 42 or 44 or even 46 waist size pants. They don't carry them in the stores & on-line they always say sold out. They must be selling if they are sold out on line.”

“I bought cheese and it has mold all over it. My concern is they said take pictures and I can get a refund. What they didn't do was take information about the cheese I bought so they could check their shelves. Other people are most likely buying moldy cheese”
“I recently purchased a phone from Costco with AT&T, and unfortunately, it was stolen right in front of my house. We reported the incident to the police and provided all the necessary information. However, AT&T has been giving us the runaround when it comes to getting a refund. I chose to shop at Costco because of their reputation, but I am disappointed with the lack of action taken by AT&T to prevent these thefts. It is frustrating to be misled in trying to get my deposit back. If you are considering purchasing a phone from AT&T at Costco, I would advise against it as there seems to be a risk of not receiving the phone at all.”
“Yes you offer services and then you are not willing to fulfill the commitment of the purchases , I purchased 2 washers and 2 dryers my laundry room was under construction at the time of delivery but started to call back 2 weeks prior to the 30 days for installation, Can’t ever communicate with anyone, they will keep me on hold for 22, 27, 32 18, minutes at a time or the phone will be disconnected before I ever get to an agent, finally got to someone and sent the information, the agent was an absolute asshole all he said to me was that Costco had a policy, which I explained to him, how many times I called and the email that was sent to me , and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to see if they will be able to install my appliances. So I had to pay some to come and install one of the units and it is not working and the dryer doesn’t event turn on. I have been a member for years and I am so disappointed at this service and poor customer services representation of Costco.
On top of everything the washer and dryer do not work. The dryer doesn’t even turn on the washer. Sounds like it’s going to explode.
We are expending $88 dollars a week. Going to the laundromat to do my family laundry, because of this unresolved situation. I still haven heard back from any one at Costco,”

“Dear Costco as someone who has NEVER shared my card or brought a guest I will be canceling my membership over the harassment I have received from your employees. Check the card at the door, randomly asking for my card as I shop I’m a new customer less than a year and there is nothing you have that I can’t get at Sams club or elsewhere. Why is it anyone can come in with a gift card yet us paying customers get harassed? Don’t need the headache.”
“For me I switched from Sam's because I was told the Costco quality was superior than Sam's. 3 things I don't like with Costco, 1 you are forced to only pay with a Visa card. Be it debit or credit it MUST be visa. 2 they do not price match in store their own products with their own online price. 3 you can't use the app for anything other than look at your purchase history. You can't scan items and pay for a faster checkout process, you can't check if the item is available in store, and the price you see on the app might be different than in store so tough luck buy it in the app and wait for delivery.”
“Costco is not the same Costco since the 80’s. One star is still too much. Costco has become a monopoly, and in 2024 cares very little about its members. The management team seems to only care about revenue and domination and staying #1 at all costs. It’s a sad situation that Sam Walton is no longer with us, because if He was Costco would be kinder instead of acting like a dictator which they do because they are too big ( monopoly).”

“COSTCO WILL SEND CRIMINALS TO YOUR HOUSE FOR DELIVERIES. I live on a military installation, and i've attempted to have a washer and a dryer delivered to my house on three separate occasions over the course of 10 days. All three times the delivery personnel were turned away and/or detained after a background check was performed. I have not received compensation or my money back, still do not have a washer and dryer, and now know that Costco doesn't care that they hire criminals to deliver online orders to houses. If you order anything from Costco that requires delivery BEWARE!”
“Bring back plastic containers for rotisserie chicken. The chicken does not taste the same, it's is the plastic bags. They are greasey and slimey. It leaks in refrigerator, can't put anything on top of slimey bag. Can't cut chicken or shred in bag, so dirty dish. You are only doing this to cut your costs. Can't recycle bag, can recycle plastic. Again Chicken tastes off and is slime. Why don't you listen to you customers?”
