“I've been a loyal Costco member for years, but my recent experience at the [100 veterans way,warminster] store was extremely disappointing. I purchased a washer and dryer, but the washer turned out to be defective. When I tried to exchange both units, the manager, [Manager Gen], made an unprofessional comment, asking "Where you came from?" implying that my concerns were less valid because of my background.
Not only was this comment unacceptable, but the manager also failed to provide a satisfactory solution to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help.

“Ok guys the Citi Costco rewards card keep in mind that as your balance grows the guys at Citi can cut off your account immediately so that as your rewards balance grows they can swallow your rewards and you will not get them. This is their strategy so as your reward balance grows any little thing and they will close your account and disconnect the app and you canât get the rewards you built up as they take them from you. So Iâve had Citi lose 6 payments this year by check in the mail totaling 1851.00 and now they have cut off my citi Costco card and swallowed the rewards balance of 360.00. Be warned of their strategy to get the rewards dollars back.”
“Costco is a disgrace of a company. They have come to my house three times to attempt to fix a 4-month-old, $3,000 LG OLE TV, but with no success. They keep coming back to replace parts, but when is enough, enough? I strongly advise against buying electronics from Costco.”

“I recently purchased a phone from Costco with AT&T, and unfortunately, it was stolen right in front of my house. We reported the incident to the police and provided all the necessary information. However, AT&T has been giving us the runaround when it comes to getting a refund. I chose to shop at Costco because of their reputation, but I am disappointed with the lack of action taken by AT&T to prevent these thefts. It is frustrating to be misled in trying to get my deposit back. If you are considering purchasing a phone from AT&T at Costco, I would advise against it as there seems to be a risk of not receiving the phone at all.”
“Yes you offer services and then you are not willing to fulfill the commitment of the purchases , I purchased 2 washers and 2 dryers my laundry room was under construction at the time of delivery but started to call back 2 weeks prior to the 30 days for installation, Canât ever communicate with anyone, they will keep me on hold for 22, 27, 32 18, minutes at a time or the phone will be disconnected before I ever get to an agent, finally got to someone and sent the information, the agent was an absolute asshole all he said to me was that Costco had a policy, which I explained to him, how many times I called and the email that was sent to me , and I still havenât heard back from anyone to see if they will be able to install my appliances. So I had to pay some to come and install one of the units and it is not working and the dryer doesnât event turn on. I have been a member for years and I am so disappointed at this service and poor customer services representation of Costco.
On top of everything the washer and dryer do not work. The dryer doesnât even turn on the washer. Sounds like itâs going to explode.
We are expending $88 dollars a week. Going to the laundromat to do my family laundry, because of this unresolved situation. I still haven heard back from any one at Costco,”

“Dear Costco as someone who has NEVER shared my card or brought a guest I will be canceling my membership over the harassment I have received from your employees. Check the card at the door, randomly asking for my card as I shop Iâm a new customer less than a year and there is nothing you have that I canât get at Sams club or elsewhere. Why is it anyone can come in with a gift card yet us paying customers get harassed? Donât need the headache.”
“Costco is not the same Costco since the 80âs. One star is still too much. Costco has become a monopoly, and in 2024 cares very little about its members. The management team seems to only care about revenue and domination and staying #1 at all costs. Itâs a sad situation that Sam Walton is no longer with us, because if He was Costco would be kinder instead of acting like a dictator which they do because they are too big ( monopoly).”

“COSTCO WILL SEND CRIMINALS TO YOUR HOUSE FOR DELIVERIES. I live on a military installation, and i've attempted to have a washer and a dryer delivered to my house on three separate occasions over the course of 10 days. All three times the delivery personnel were turned away and/or detained after a background check was performed. I have not received compensation or my money back, still do not have a washer and dryer, and now know that Costco doesn't care that they hire criminals to deliver online orders to houses. If you order anything from Costco that requires delivery BEWARE!”
