I would like to see Costco bringing back the great products they used to carry ie chocolates of the world. Gingerbread cookies dried fruit. They clearly post and their advertisements that buying online it may be less expensive in the store . I appreciate that transparency. So if you have a problem paying the little bit extra you just need to go into the store and purchase it there.”
“Buyer beware, do not accept an appliance delivery from Costco without having the delivery person taking it completely out of the box and filming the condition of the unit. Also check to see it has feet. Any hidden damage due to delivery or shipping not reported in 90 days voids your warranty from the manufacturer and Costco.
Now have a $800 8-month old paperweight that no one will take responsibility for. The damage was completely hidden at the time of delivery.”

While there are several items we love at Costco, we will not be renewing our membership next year. At times, the vibe is downright communistic. Certainly anti freedom. For starters, you had better not show up without your card...and it better be YOUR card and not your spouses!!! They will kick you out faster than Joe Biden can say the word "garbage". They will also rescan it and verify the info again when you check out! And HEAVEN FORBID all you have is a Mastercard....because you won't even be able to buy a handshake with it at COMMY-CO!!! Wilson bank check cards need not apply!!! You might as well turn around in the parking lot and head to Sam's instead!! Ashley Dillard Rucker and I have several Mastercard type cards....and only 1 Visa. So at check out she was frantic because i was getting a hot dog and she couldn't find the Visa. I had to be summoned over to pay with mine. HOGWASH!!!!!! Commy-co is NOT worth the hype or the 1.50 hot dog combo to put up with this kind of Red China policy!!! Go to BJs or Sam's instead. BOTH of those places you WILL NOT EVEN BE ASKED for your card until you pay!!!!! And all major cards accepted!!! Commy Costco has us for the year, but after that no more!!! “Costco continues to value profit over its customers. They raised their annual fee just to be able to enter the store. What upsets me is that they charge different prices for the same item in stores that are 10 minutes apart. So now I have to compare prices from one Costco to the other. Ridiculous Lines are unorganized and long on weekends. I love being able to check out on my phone at Sam's club and will be shopping there more and possibly canceling my Costco membership”
“I have not been a fa of Costo ever; however, I try because my husband likes them. This weekend we were in the line for self checkout, said to go to the left there were empty lines with no waiting. We went to the left to find all the line full with two or three people each (there were others found in the same situation). We went back to inform the staff this was not so. We were then told to go to the back of the self checkout line. Yet another wait. I get overwhelmed with how crowded this place always. My husband was even frustrated this time. Still not a fan. Informed the manager who said this is not the first time this has been done and they will speak to them. Didn’t you the first time?”
“Changing the muffins to smaller and a horrible recipe was the worse business decision. We used to buy them for 125 staff often, not anymore. What were you thinking!”
“Purchased a TV online and while visiting the warehouse noticed it was $300 cheaper. When I called the online customer service they mentioned there is nothing they can do as online is separate from the store. If purchasing online there should be mention to please visit the store to get a cheaper price as our online prices are much higher and customer service is will refuse to help. Just terrible”
“Just read on the news that Costco is removing Salmon from their cases due to listeria.
My personal experience with Costco is that zi purchased salmon and no sooner did I get it home I noticed maggots under the wrapping of my salmon.
Another time I purchased Costco’s muffins only to get home, make ready to eat a muffin and to my surprise there was mold thriving on the muffins in the box of muffins.”
“This couch was on the floor in my local store. It was regularly priced at $999. Same couch is now, 2 months later, listed in the Holiday Savings booklet for $999, after $300 reduction.This is so deceptive. It is an old department store trick. They raise the price before a sale and then put it on sale for the regular price. I expected better of Costco.”
“Costco is becoming worse than Sam’s Club. I was just in the store and they have 4 people blocking the entrance to make sure people know how to scan a card. We have been doing this forever at other stores. Get a grip. The employees are super rude anymore and you can get any of the to do more than point and say it’s over there. We pay for these memberships and should at least be treated with respect. There are so many stores that we don’t get treated well, that it is disappointing that now Costco has joined the ranks of the Walmart customer service and I have been a loyal customer for many years”
“I've been a loyal Costco member for years, but my recent experience at the [100 veterans way,warminster] store was extremely disappointing. I purchased a washer and dryer, but the washer turned out to be defective. When I tried to exchange both units, the manager, [Manager Gen], made an unprofessional comment, asking "Where you came from?" implying that my concerns were less valid because of my background.
Not only was this comment unacceptable, but the manager also failed to provide a satisfactory solution to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help.

“Ok guys the Citi Costco rewards card keep in mind that as your balance grows the guys at Citi can cut off your account immediately so that as your rewards balance grows they can swallow your rewards and you will not get them. This is their strategy so as your reward balance grows any little thing and they will close your account and disconnect the app and you can’t get the rewards you built up as they take them from you. So I’ve had Citi lose 6 payments this year by check in the mail totaling 1851.00 and now they have cut off my citi Costco card and swallowed the rewards balance of 360.00. Be warned of their strategy to get the rewards dollars back.”
“Costco is a disgrace of a company. They have come to my house three times to attempt to fix a 4-month-old, $3,000 LG OLE TV, but with no success. They keep coming back to replace parts, but when is enough, enough? I strongly advise against buying electronics from Costco.”

“Costco auto. Tustin, California. Staff at auto stay overtime to make sure they change all the tires. They are very busy. I was waiting for my car tires to be replaced and witnessed their hard work. They went till 10pm. With no break or complain. They were very polite . Names are Christian , Ceaser and Victor. I would like to recognize them and encourage Costco to pay attention to excessive work load of this dept and justly repay them when they stay over.”
