DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS from COSTCO.COM and expect them in time for your event. We ordered a month in advance and now our flowers are going to arrive the day AFTER our wedding. NOT ORDER FLOWERS from COSTCO.COM and expect them in time!!! NO PHONE CALLS, NO FEEDBACK, 80-90 minutes wait times just to get the call disconnected and have to start over again. Terrible service and will not take responsibility for the shipping company UPS not delivering on time. If Costco.com KNOWS they have a problem with the shipping due to extenuating circumstances, then a phone call recommending that one advances the order to the prior available day would have solved the problem. I will get a refund but that still does not solve the problem of not having all of my flowers 2 days before the wedding in a small western Montana town. From a Very unhappy long-time Costco Member.

I ordered a playset from Costco on May 7th. The playset arrived on May 12th in the evening so we waited until the next day to open it so we could put it together. On May 13th, upon opening it, I realized it had been damaged in transit and called to request placement parts. It is now June 21st and we still do not have replacement parts for the 11 pieces that were damaged. I have called every other day to get information on when my parts would be shipped. Nothing. I have received 3 emails total: May 15th, May 31st, and June 1st. I've spoken to ONE supervisor. Each customer service representative told me they would contact someone but no one EVER contacted me back. I was always pushed to the back burner and I'm tired of it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!! If anything is wrong it will take weeks or MONTHS for them to rectify the situation... if they fix it AT ALL. This was meant to be a birthday present for my kids since we couldn't have a birthday party this year due to the pandemic. My kids are extremely disappointed, which makes me more mad. Don't do business with Costco Online orders... unless you like to be ignored and not have the product you paid (over $1500) for.

I wanted to try costco because i heard alot of good things about it. We go to sign up for a membership, i think its rediculous that u can only use a visa card to shop there. I know y’all have alot of customers but you lost a potential and everyone i talk to about this. I will stay with sams club since they dont care how you pay for your goods.

Costco makes customers wear masks in 102-106 degree weather in Southern Utah. We are coming out of the pandemic with many public services opening up, no masks required. I will not shop there anymore, because I like to breathe. I also like to support businesses that care about civil liberties.

Placed an order on 5/9 and was scheduled for delivery. Cancelled and rescheduled 3 times at this point. Apparently Costco doesn't care that this is for 4 appliances that are needed especially during the current situation. Can't get someone to give me a reason and was just told it will take 3-5 days to get a resolution team member to call me back. Totally unacceptable. Plan on cancelling my executive membership when and if I get a return phone call. Not worth all this hassle to get what I already paid for.

Today I went to Woodinville Costco with mask and gloves. I go to Costco every other month so I get two or more of many products. Today I just couldn’t find many products because they moved stuff over last two months. I couldn’t find belvidas. I asked for help and we searched and finally found them on pallet. It took a few minutes but the employee got the forklift, got two helpers and took down the pallet of belvidas and then tossed me two. I was so grateful. I appreciate that they took the time to assist me, and remembered who I was and how many I wanted over a period of 45 minutes. It’s the little things that cheer our souls. Thank you

I will no longer be a member of Costco . I refuse to be told to wear a face mask while shopping . I will not give my business to the stores that try to be socialist. There are too many other options and if I were Costco I’d be worried about loosing good business during this time when businesses are struggling .

I have been on hold with Costco for an hour now cause I am not able to cancel my damn order I placed on 4/30. I have had a local Costco worker reach out to u guys about my order n you straight up lied and said it was being shipped last week. Then she calls today n is told that your having problems with the quality of the product i ordered and have been for awhile. So I will sit on hold so I can cancel this order and hope to never ever have to contact you guys again. I will be telling my friends not to order from .here It's very unprofessional and I will not order online again.

Kudos to Costco for everything they do. Their products are terrific. Customer Service is great. And happy to see and hear that they require AND enforce customers to wear masks. Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. Clearly there are some ignorant and hateful people whining about this policy but the store has every right to refuse them. Just as that person has every right to go shop elsewhere. Good riddance.

Meat prices are to high compared to Sam's club when I called to cancel membership waited on hold almost an hour, got third degree it was ridiculous never make that mistake again... back to sams club

Costco Perth WA has terrible customer service I was served by Sarah Q where I was told rudely by Sarah that my sister was not able to to pay for the products on her bank card as the owner of the membership had to pay for it ? I am sorry but we are from the same family so why would it matter who was paying for it I would not recommend going to Costco’s I will not be returning and will be canceling my membership.

Terrible customer service at check out. I put my Costco citi card & then started unloading items from my cart on the conveyor belt. This guy who was supposed to be helping me unload the items comes & rudely tells me to go behind the counter with my card. Almost like scolding to some little kid.. Wow!! I did & stood there behind the glass counter waiting for the cashier to hand over/show my card. The shopper who was ahead of me leaves & I continue to stand behind the glass counter when the cashier started scanning my items that I had unloaded earlier. Meanwhile this rude guy tells the cashier to tell me to unload all the small items while he just hangs out there doing nothing. I unloaded all everything from my top cart one by one & some from the bottom (all just groceries except one cleaning item I had today). I was embarrassed & furious at the way he treated me. He didn't even ask me if I wanted any box & made no eye contact. After he finished putting all the items on my cart, he hardly pushed out my cart & just turned around. My total bill today was almost $300. I don’t know why he was so grumpy, mad, unpleasant & rude to me. It was only around 11 in the morning & he can’t be exhausted already. I looked to see his name tag & ofcourse it was flipped around but I managed to see it. He was TONY. Unacceptable behavior & I will always avoid him in the future. He needs some training for sure on how to behave while at work. The cashier lady was nice.

I will be going to my local store in Rockwall, TX, to request that my annual Gold Star membership cost be refunded. I paid to shop in your store and as of today, May 4, 2020, you have mandated that I MUST wear a mask or face covering in order to shop in the store. I look at this mandate as a violation of my civil liberties, granted and guaranteed by our Constitution. As such until this requirement is lifted I will not be able to patronize your establishments. I paid to shop there, and this should be a decision I make, not one you mandate. I didn't pay you to tell me how to live my life.

Been an Executive member for 18 years and my level of disappointment and dissatisfaction with Costco is the worst I've had with any retailer as a consumer. I will reduce my membership level to Gold status only to maintain status for remaining product warranties and will cancel once they age out. They've lost the competitive advantage of my you need a membership especially an Executive member and while they still have some value, it's time to move on. Amazon and Sam's will receive my company and personal business moving forward.

Very bad experience Since I am not feeling well, I had to send my son to the Costco with my membership card. The lady at the counter, she was not letting my son to use the membership card, both my son and I have the same last name., still she made such a big deal and acting like she owns the store. And she did not scan a bunch of banana and at the exit, they stopped him as if he stole a bunch of banana worth $1.99, and he had to go back to the line. This lady was so rude and arrogant, very first time I have this very bad experience from Costco at sugar and, Texas. Always I thought their customer service is great! Such a shame. I called the store to complain about this incident and whoever on the other end, didn't even apologize for their mistake. I am from Sugarland, Texas. I spent a lot of money in Costco every year shopping. I should stop going to this place, where they don't take care of their members. There should be a consistency when these people let others use the membership card. I knew many people use friends/neighbors' membership cards. I sent my son with my card, not any friends or neighbors. I hope and pray no one gets this kind of customer service. I am heartbroken from how my son got treated.
