“Fxxking shocking behaviour from Covea .I'm being threatened by them to go with them on a no fault claim on an accident caused by their client . Instructed my own insurance provider to deal with it and still I'm getting calls emails from them .Emails and phone calls everyday stressing how I won't be getting paid for the foreseeable future as I'll have to wait on their engineer to confirm a total loss of my vehicle and even then they might not agree with my insurance provider's assessment .This is a joke .I'm now left with a mangled shell of what used to be my new work vehicle .Only had it 11 months from new and now not only haven't I got a vehicle for work -i can't hire one either as I'll have to fund it myself as they won't pay for it unless I hire one from them .How is this allowed to happen .They admit liability but not interested unless they deal with it . Spent 5 days trying to get a re-quote yet ive been passed around that many different offices its been unbelievable. Eventually get through to the correct team to handle my policy to be told i can't get a requote or cancel my policy unless i call the office who arranged the policy, i asked for the details and they said there wasnt any on the system...BANGING MY HEAD OR WHAT. “They took my car following an incident. Cost of repair£60 to replace the side window glass. Insurance initially told me the car was under repair. I went to collect my car 200 km away by train than drove it back. Do not trust them. I was also asked to pay£10 for the yellow jacket to collect the car in cash no receipt or card payment. To avoid.”

On 17th April My kitchen ceiling caved in due to flood under shower.
I contacted my emergency cover and corvea insurance I explained what happened and expected the loss adjuster to come out.
I explained that I have no washing or cooking facilities. I also requested a hotel room .
I have contacted covea for updates on a daily basis.
It is now the 24th April and I have no cooking facility the kitchen is full of rubble ,dust and water all over from the ceiling
I explained I have a toddler and I am disabled and I suffer with mental Heath ,i am so stressed out with the lack of support.
My excess is £250 but I was told it’s £600 for contents and £600 for buildings that’s a joke
Their not very good their just brokers I won’t be renewing with them ,
Their is not concern or compassion about your health and safety
And now Iv got to wait till Wednesday for Sedgwick loss adjuster and they have rubbish reviews
I have emailed the company excecutive.
