Still awaiting delivery of items from months ago. Now told only 5 chairs in warehouse not 6 chairs and they’re now waiting for the 6th to arrive. I’ve called numerous times and been on hold for 30 mins at a time and then it’s cut off ! Appalling service.

Awful company !!! Appalling customer service. After receiving the long awaited items, arrived faulty with no returns labels. Just online instructions to tell me i have to pay between £6 to £15 to return. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!!

Just a dreadful company, offering appalling customer service and low cost, cheap imported products. Ordered over 10 items, sent all bar 2 back. The quality is just non existent, and papered over by website photos and endless discounts.

If i could give Cox & Cox no stars, I would. I ordered my item on the 23rd August...NEARLY 9 WEEKS AGO...and I STILL have not received the item. I have called customer services 8 times. Everytime, I'm assured it's on the way, and still, nothing. After being told countless times the item WAS in stock, I finally got through to an employee on my 8th call who told the truth in that the item was actually out of stock and they had to re-order which is why there is a delay. The website never said the item was out of stock and neither did any of the previous employees when speaking to them on the phone - all a total con!! I often try and call the customer service line to, as always, ask where my item is, and often they will just hang the phone up after up to 10 minutes on hold. DO NOT SHOP HERE, a total con!!

Stay away from Cox and Cox. I ordered some items at the end of August. It is now Nov 22nd and still no sign of my most expensive item. Generic email after generic email saying it was delayed and would be ready mid, then late September, then early then late October, then early November. Finally an email saying it had been dispatched, and to to follow the link to track. The tracking only showed my earlier item, saying that it had been delivered, and nothing about the missing item. I emailed them only to receive an auto response, saying to allow up to 15 days for in-stock items to be processed. I then called customer services, and having been on hold for 6 minutes each time (I called 8 times), you then get a recorded message saying that the line has cleared. No way of getting hold of anyone, no way of tracking my order and I expect that getting my money back will be a struggle too.

Nice things but absolute awful delivery times!! About time someone takes this in hand!! Like previous reviews misleading timelines, fobbed off by excuses. Its only a lampshade!!

Very slow delivery, cox and cox do not seem able to track and chase orders they have oustanding with their suppliers which leads to large delays where the customer is left out of the loop.

Ordered 2 “in stock” items when their website stated 3-5 working days for delivery. I then chased and was told it would be 15 working days. After waiting 15 working days nothing has arrived and they aren’t replying to emails. Spend your money elsewhere, there is something very wrong with this company.

Waiting still for my order this is 3rd time I have been told it’s on its way. Is this true I may have to invoice for my time. 2 days taken off work to wait in and my weekend Saturday waiting too. Hopefully I am proved wrong and it arrives today 🙏😊 and I still love the items.

Repeated delays with the order. After four months I finally recieved a dispatch notification and I booked a delivery time. After waiting in for the item, it never arrived. On following up, I was told there were stock issues and was offered a refund or I could wait for a further month. I opted for a refund. It has been a complete waste of time.

I placed an order for two mounted wine racks on 21 February 2021 and I'm still waiting. I've had endless emails with false dates. Most recently I received an email from the company on 21 May saying back in stock, I responded to this saying I just want my goods not interest in stock update. Today I received an email stating goods due in the Warehouse early June. I think this company has had my money long enough. Customer Service is at chasing customers away. "We take your money, don't send your purchase and keep your money...so there." I would never give Cox and Cox my custom ever again. I've requested a refund if goods can not be supplied next week. If Cox and Cox do not refund my money in full by 11 June I will be opening a court claim and ask for backdated interest on my money from the date the refund was requested.

Terribly poor quality at very high prices. 2 attempts to return my item resulted in the company not showing up and now my emails are going unanswered. Appalling company.

This company have now had over £500 of our money since March Coffee Table should have been delivered late March. Two chairs they stated available June, now been told August. It is against credit card terms and conditions to take funds without supplying the goods. This company have massive growing pains. Customer service is non existent. No answers to emails or phone calls. Just about to report to Credit card companies. Beware

I ordered 3 sets of the festoon lights at £60 a set. Unfortunately 5 buds out of the 3 packs were not working. As the bulls are non replaceable, the lights are of no use to me. I contacted Cox and Cox straight way. I expected to be able to make a return and get a refund or a replacement. Was a little worried about taking a replacement, incase I would have trouble with the lights down the road. I was so upset by the reply from Cox. They tested the lights before they let the warehouse and all were working. I'm sorry but when I got them 5 buds were not working. To make. a long story short, I could get no were with Cox. Had to do a charge back on my card, in the end. I received faulty goods, it's my right to be able to send them back. So unfair, their customer care was non existent. Would not recommend.

Nice design, shelving unit was well packaged. Slight crack in one of shelf frames, but couldnt be bothered returning as I'd drilled the holes for it by the time I noticed.
