“It's awful. I've been trying to sign in since July. I've got a 6 month buy now pay later deal. I've got the creation app, but I have been unable to sign in as it has my old phone number from 3 years ago. I can't even get in to my account to update it. It's bonkers. I've tried the email option and they say they are going to email me to verify my account, but I never got it. Now I've got a email saying that it's now updated with my updated phone number, and I still can't log in as it doesn't recognise my post code lol. I have contacted the financial ombudsman, so they now know of my issues. I've never known anything like this.”
“This organization is deceitful, as they manipulate individuals into investing their hard-earned money with false promises of profits. They later demand personal information for withdrawals, threatening loss of access to funds if not provided. In my personal experience, they even requested a certain amount to be paid in order to release my own money. Fortunately, I was introduced to S P A C E T E L - C A P I T A L, who assisted me in reclaiming my funds.”
“Honestly absolutely shocking, just avoid. Every month my direct debit comes out for a £14 payment, it’s then reversed so it looks like it hasn’t been paid and I’m charged £30 for a late payment and sent several letters threatening that it’ll all go on my credit file. Spoke to customer service, was assured that it wouldn’t happen again and guess what? Same thing happens this month. A £30 late payment fee because it’s gone down as a missed payment when the direct debit has been reversed. Honestly just stay away from them for the sake of your credit score and sanity.”
“Avoid Creation for the sake of your sanity and possibly your credit rating after dealing with them. I recently set up a buy now pay later deal - via Curry's. I paid off the whole amount on 22/8/24 and received an email on 3/9/24 reminding me that my first payment was due. Rang Creation today twice and - after 2 lengthy frustrating calls - was asked to wait then cut off each time. On both calls had asked for email confirmation of my payment which I've not yet received. Please avoid like the plague - or bring out your dead!!”
“Being chased for a credit card debt of £1000 for the past 5 years. They constantly harrass me with daily reminders of different types.
I provide financial evidence and set up token payment plans but they just don't leave me alone.
They never address any of my queries but continue to harrass me. I have never spent so much time dealing with such a bad company.
I am told the current wait time on complaints is 8 weeks. So I just have to accept all the daily harassment for the next 8 weeks??
Terrible customer service and I think they should be investigated by some financial governing body.”
“Terrible company! The domain is blocked because the "https" certificate has expired. Have been on the phone about this only to speak to people who are clueless to anything. Meanwhile I can not get any kind of statement or make payments for the loan I have. This is unacceptable. Don't get credit with Curry's because this is who they use.”
“Following the death of my father, Creation have strived to add more pain and misery to the process of managing his affairs.
Upon his death, they passed the 'debt' to a firm of solicitors and closed the account.
Despite the account being closed they continued to accept refunds for services used by by father.
On trying to obtain these monies back they first denied having the refunds and then said they'd passed them to the solicitors - who deny receipt.
Now I'm stuck between Creation and the solicitors, both denying having the money.
Three hours of my life wasted so far - and no further on.”

“Card frequently blocked for even small transactions. To get it unblocked involves at least a 15 minuted wait to get through on the phone. I only use it to get the points for Marriott otherwise it would get put in the bin.”

“I paid over £14,000 to clear a credit card. Despite it going to their bank account with the correct reference number we are 2 weeks in and they haven’t come back to me. Despicable behaviour. They have a very limited escalation procedure and you cannot speak to anyone with any authority. Awful. Avoid.”
“Made 2 purchase from Currys, one I collected from store the other was a laptop I asked for delivery!
The laptop was never delivered and got returned back to currys!
I spoke to Currys who confirmed it had been returned, also pricing was wrong on my creation account £229 for a mouse which was in fact £12.99 . I was making payments by direct debit for the other purchase! they were taking payments for both items and after numerous phone calls they would not reduce the dd for the item not received! I cancelled it and I kept phoning to try get the credit for the laptop after 12 months it was finally sorted!
They then placed 2 late marks on my credit file ruining my business even though there portal never works and I couldn't make payments and I set up a dd 3 times and it was never taken...
They ruined my business credit as I had proof of payments I had to make by standing order! 18 months down the line they send me just short of £200 back for some reason then the day after send me a letter saying I am £228 in arrears and place yet another late Mark on my file!
No one ever calls me back... I am now following Legal Advice.

“I took out finance with this company but now pay later with currys but i could not get through to my creation account because it was an old e mail address after several calls and e mails which were ignored I decided to send the item back to currys within the 14 day cooling off period. Six months later I started getting texts and letters that i owed them money. Tried calling and e mailing eventually had to go to currys to get it sorted. I still have not received any response to my complaints from creation not a letter of apology or to verify that i do not owe them money. Ive taken it up with trading standards and the financial ombudsman. Please for your sanity don’t have dealings with this company. They should be looked into by trading standards. Im still waiting for a reply as to why i was hounded in this way”
“Corrupt and disgusting, charged me £32.33 for an apparent missed payment of £30.00 for my home insurance, checked my account online which stated up to date and nothing owing showing payment taken on 28th May, contacted them to put things right but simply ignored, now i receive a letter from CIA telling me they have cancelled my insurance which is with Arkel Elite and i am in arrears but i am clearly not, trouble with these online companies, as they say, to many cooks spoil the broth. Good news is i just did a comparison and saved £10.00 per month anyway, i shall now buy online and never set up a direct debit or use this lot ever again.”
“Worst finance company - avoid if possible. Site inaccessible for months a couple years back. Now accessible and won't let you pay if 'too close' to direct debit date. I don't have a DD with them, nor can I set one up. App doesn't work. A finance company not taking payments is surely illegal? 12%? reviewers recommend says much.”
