Why have I had no contact? Why have I got creditors threatening me with court action, why am I still getting phone calls and why are creditors still taking money from my account?

I do make a financial arrangement of £75 per month after a few weeks i have received a call ,my monthly payment will be now £85 . I called my financial support he don't know ,what going on,he's not in charge of my file anymore

I rang them because I had baliffs at my door. I rang them they took my income I signed a few papers was then asked for my long number on my card. I felt very uncomfortable giveinggiving this out. So I told them I didn't want to do it. 4 months later I have payed the baliffs myself. And got a very threating letter off this company threating all sorts. I received no service off them at all and am still getting letters off my creditors. Am seaching for some advice on how to stop this happening to other people. Not happy at all

Correspondence from Creditors is normal as they are obliged to send you annual statements, however if these are demands for payment then we are able to resolve this, all we need to know if who is doing this and we will contact them on your behalf to discuss. They expect me to ring all my creditors instead of them doing it I am also paying twice to the creditors and to them I am still getting bailiffs and letters and all they say is it will be sorted hut it never is

Very poor after service we have asked on numerous accasions for an updated list of our creditors which they have failed to send us

I found it really stressful and still am, after my IVA was agreed for 3-4 months after I was still receiving letters from my credit cards and bank loans I had. Also I still keep getting text messages one of my lenders can't find any details of me having an account when they excepted the IVA and I have sent pictures go them of a letter from my credit card lender Virgin i have also gave them my card details and still today keep getting these texts. I find this really upsetting and stressful.

I am still receiving letters and calls from creditors 4 months after my trust deed started!! I must have called & emailed customer service about 20 times and all I ever get are excuses Very very poor customer service

Ridiculous. Wanted to come out of IVA but could not. No-one rang or tried to talk to me. I had to write loads of emails and response times took normally 1 day to respond. Then these funds were taken away due to this. Now the company has proceeded in trying to get any PPI owed and are using Allay claims who have border line harassed me by texts and emails. Even though I have completed the forms and someone emailed me back to say nothing more needs to be done I get a flurry of messages to say it is being processed. I do not want to be kept be contacted regarding this. In addition to this the majority of the PPI claimed back will not even be given to creditors and will be given to Allay and credit fix

Bad level of communication. My personal email/business was made public with no real apology until asked for it. Our creditors are still writing to us and although I keep telling creditfix they don't seem to wan't to do anything about it. Both me and my wife have had rudeness within phone convocations. It's my opinion that they think the IVA has been granted so job done. If I could switch to someone else like I can energy/Broadband I would.

Don't bother, they not only lie to you, if you dare to cancel with them they bully & harass you, sending you not just one but THREE emails at a time, I've had no choice but to block their number off my phone. Biggest mistake of my life, cost me an absolute fortune, & has pushed me so far over the edge, that I came close to taking my own life, as no matter what you say to them they will not leave you alone. They are aware I have Bi Polar & stress causes me to have a meltdown. Credit fix are evil STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY>

Desperately awful! I am NOT in an arrangement due to their inability to act in my bat interst or within the necessary peramiters I have reported them to the FSA & IPA!,, DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A CMPANY!!!

i am dissatisfied with creditfix due to a number of reasons. they said all my letters and communications from debtors would stop within one month from me sending all information, however three months on i am still receiving them!! it is hard to communicate to my 'worker' who is dealing with it all to sort things out and lastly, i have rang some of my debtors and they have not yet recieved any payments yet i have been paying for the last three months

I don't have no idea what has even happened as I can't even explain it what to say as I been paying to the credit fix and the bank I borrowed money from keep sending me threatening letters like we have passed it to the collection people and this and that so I don't know what to say and what you guys have done as my bank sent me 4 letters since last week I have revived a letter 4 hours ago that they have passed it to the debt collecting people and things like that please whoeve reads this if you can kindly call me on my mobile number 07492262260 thank you

I am not happy with your service. In my opinion and experience with credit fix I believe the information provided is very misleading . I was introduced to ur company by way of cold calling by credit fix introducing a government funded scheme. I was again told the same thing by the representative who attended my home. The wording used is by law standard that the company has to be registered by the government to administer IVA and other debt consolidation matters. This was not put across to me. I can not speak for other clients. I have asked for my details be removed from ur files and to remove any details placed on my credit report ( which for some reason is stated as bankruptcy. As I have been told by a phone company doing a search on me) . I would not recommended anyone to creditfix and I am far from happy with the situation. I am still awaiting a reply to my email regarding my cancellation request.
