We finish our IVA next month. Or should I say I thought we did But not having any information from them I call them today. There was a but!!! Upto now I would have said that we had no problems. But knowing now that we may have to pay for another year, after 5 years is so upsetting. Was hopping that we could have some sort of life now.

This company is an absolute waste of time! We signed up to an iva with credit fix back in April, on the promise that the hassle from our debtors would be stopped withing weeks. Well this didn't happen!! Credit fix assured us they would do a credit check so all our debts were to be included, they never! I was constantly ringing credit fix to question what was happening. Most of their staff are completely useless arrogant and rude. We were having to ring them everyday and tell them that they had missed debts. We were still paying debts as well as credit fix.I was doing all the work contacting debtors and creditfix . (So was pointless being in an iva ) This has been a constant fight since signing up in April, we agreed on the payment plan with credit fix, however they won't let you pay with a direct debit, it has to be with the long card number so basically they can take what ever they want whenever they want, leaving you in an unplanned overdraft! !! Great when you're trying to get out of debt!! I cannot stress to you enough not to use this company, I have been signed off work with stress and anxiety from creditfix, it's a never ending battle with them it is the worst thing we ever did was get involved with them. I would strongly recommend you avoid this company!!! Totally unprofessional in every way. We have never received an apology in any of our complaints. They have wiped our bank account leaving us nothing to live on, and their not open on a Saturday to complain ....How convenient!

In regards to creditor hassle I can only apologise that you weren’t aware of the 8 week curtesy period. Unless you have a secured creditor you should not be paying any creditors out with the arrangement. You can also set up a standing order at the bank as an alternative payment method if you feel that will suit you better. I sincerely apologise about the experience you have had. I am on a Protected Trust Deed that isn't working due to a change in my income. I was put on a Payment Break until the PPI claims came back, 2 months later I started receiving demand letters from Credit Fix asking for money. When I called I explained I was on a payment break due to a Financial Change. There was no record of this, Luckily I had emails back and forward and won my case. I am now waiting for cancellation of my Trust Deed so I can find another solution, however, a 30-day process has now been dragged out 4 months so far, with no emails, letters of phone calls telling me what is going on. Never use them, their communication is terrible and they will catch you out at some point. You might think they are helping you. But they really are not.

I started to pay £270 a month. At that time I had an army pension and a job. Due to personal circumstances I had to leave job. I got in touch with credit fix and told them the situation, and that I had been paying this about with out work for 3 months, and asked for copy of terms and conditions and procedure for stopping payments so I could go bankrupt. I had never reply from 3 emails until I sent official letter of complaint. I was then asked to fill out a former so they could a just my payments. Sent email back saying this is not what I asked for. It is nearly 30 days since I last heard from them, and creditors which they should of sorted out are still calling at house I use to stay. They are quite happy to take your money leave you broke and not communicate. Avoid like the plaque.

Basically I owed £8900 on a iva when I started after 6 months I received a ppi payment of nearly £15000 By this time I owed £8000 I never received a penny of the ppi and I'm still in an iva for the next 3half years paying them £95 a month when I ask them to explain this they said fees have to be paid as I had a payout .i am seeking advice Because this can't be right

Payment breaks....... Be aware. They say it is fine to do it ! Until you try. Not a chance, it is all total rubbish.....................

I cancelled this company and they still billed me after they assured me I would not be billed I had to dispute it and send proof from my bank that they billed me ( wouldn't it be in their files) well my bank and I sent their proof and I was refunded a week later . I figured the problem was solved NOPE they withdrew my account AGAIN for 99.95 I been trying to call their contact numbers and none go threw take precaution guys I'm being scammed with CreditFix they are continuing to steal my money even after they sent me cancellation confirmation and promise of no reoccurring billing.

Furious in a word.i told them on several occasions by text and in person vua telephone i did not want to proceed and they have taken sixty pounds out of my account today.im livid .i will be short for a dd and will incur bank charges etc etc

Why have I had no contact? Why have I got creditors threatening me with court action, why am I still getting phone calls and why are creditors still taking money from my account?

I do make a financial arrangement of £75 per month after a few weeks i have received a call ,my monthly payment will be now £85 . I called my financial support he don't know ,what going on,he's not in charge of my file anymore

I rang them because I had baliffs at my door. I rang them they took my income I signed a few papers was then asked for my long number on my card. I felt very uncomfortable giveinggiving this out. So I told them I didn't want to do it. 4 months later I have payed the baliffs myself. And got a very threating letter off this company threating all sorts. I received no service off them at all and am still getting letters off my creditors. Am seaching for some advice on how to stop this happening to other people. Not happy at all

Correspondence from Creditors is normal as they are obliged to send you annual statements, however if these are demands for payment then we are able to resolve this, all we need to know if who is doing this and we will contact them on your behalf to discuss. They expect me to ring all my creditors instead of them doing it I am also paying twice to the creditors and to them I am still getting bailiffs and letters and all they say is it will be sorted hut it never is

I found it really stressful and still am, after my IVA was agreed for 3-4 months after I was still receiving letters from my credit cards and bank loans I had. Also I still keep getting text messages one of my lenders can't find any details of me having an account when they excepted the IVA and I have sent pictures go them of a letter from my credit card lender Virgin i have also gave them my card details and still today keep getting these texts. I find this really upsetting and stressful.

I am still receiving letters and calls from creditors 4 months after my trust deed started!! I must have called & emailed customer service about 20 times and all I ever get are excuses Very very poor customer service

Ridiculous. Wanted to come out of IVA but could not. No-one rang or tried to talk to me. I had to write loads of emails and response times took normally 1 day to respond. Then these funds were taken away due to this. Now the company has proceeded in trying to get any PPI owed and are using Allay claims who have border line harassed me by texts and emails. Even though I have completed the forms and someone emailed me back to say nothing more needs to be done I get a flurry of messages to say it is being processed. I do not want to be kept be contacted regarding this. In addition to this the majority of the PPI claimed back will not even be given to creditors and will be given to Allay and credit fix
