Ordered on Friday came Monday they use DPL delivery and can tell them if you not in or whatever will be using cruise more often.

I've purchased from Cruise in the past and never had any problems, my latest purchase was due for delivery on 04/10/2019 - having chased DPD for a few days it transpires my parcel is 'lost'. I've reported it to Cruise - so I'll reserve judgement on their processes until (hopefully) this is resolved

Overall good experience using Cruise Fashion but one things I like to point out is my order was split into 2 delivery but wasn’t noticed via email this happening so may be something to keep in mind for future for things like this, as I thought the order had been messed up at first.

Item returned being incorrect size. Unfortunately postage costs which are high anyway not refunded.

I like shopping from Cruise Fashion from time to time as they have an excellent choice to choose from.but the delivery is too expensive in comparison with other online retailers.

Online cruise is great, thanks. Reason I purchased online is I phoned Cruise Glasgow and put aside an item that I informed them I would be in in a few hours to collect. I left work early to find that they had sold it earlier that day. This was a present for my husbands birthday. What is the point in holding an item for a customer if they are just going to sell it to anyone anyway. Not the cruise shopping experience I would expect. So all in all not so happy with the store but overall happy with my online experience. Unfortunately this has put me off shopping at cruise as I like to go in try on and see the products for myself instead of buying online.

Only part of the order arrived. Follow up communication indicated that the rest would follow and be received by a certain date. That date has passed and I still don’t know where the rest of the order is.

Had to send my shoes back that are still in post arriving to you for a refund. I ordered a size 9 and I got size 11 which was disappointing cause I bought them for my birthday weekend. I didn’t have enough time to send them back for a exchange of a different size.
