Although I was happy with the item I received I did pay £9.99 for next day delivery but didn’t receive it till 3 days after so that was not only a waste of money but very disappointing Mrs Edwards

Good choice, decent prices for the clothing etc, however, the prices charged for postage are extremely excessive!! Most websites offer free delivery if you spend over a certain amount - but not cruise! In addition to this, most websites (if they do charge), only do so at around £3.99 whereas cruise charge double this. If you are shopping for one item it puts people off. I personally have chosen to shop elsewhere as I have found the same items on another website with free delivery. May seem minor, but certainly costs cruise a lot of custom.

My son loved his tracksuit, delivered the items exactly when they said they would. Would use cruise again with out a doubt.

Bought a jumper recently as an Xmas present that arrived ripped. Customer services told me it would take up to 2 weeks for new item to be delivered had to also pay recorded delivery which means I have now spent £155 on a jumper and £9.98 on delivery and still have no jumper.. ridiculous.

Dreadful customer service 3 emails before they actually got in touch. If the couriers can't deliver to the shop that the customer has asked for, why can't they get in touch and ask if they want it delivered to there address.

Shopping with cruise has been a pleasure, the experience was good. The whole process was easy and straightforward and the delivery was quicker than I expected.

Delivery is appalling. Tried to order into store for free delivery and voucher but no longer an option for Northern Ireland even though they opened a New Flannels. So paid for home delivery got a text to say parcel will be delivered Christmas Eve. Perfect!! Come Christmas Eve no parcel no update so l check dhl website only to see its sitting in a depot up the road and won’t be delivered until 27th December. The item l ordered was my sons Christmas present. So unfortunately l can’t write a review about the item as it didn’t arrive!!! When delivery is paid for l expect it to be on time.

Very annoyed to of paid £10 for next day delivery and my order arrived three days later! I understand Christmas is a busy time for Royal Mail but you should make other couriers available who can stick to their times when yours customers are paying such a high charge for next day delivery.

Never go into store now or a flannel store unless to collect. Staff aren’t that helpful so always order online. However I find the shipping costs even to store a little steep compared to other large retailers

I ordered the wrong item and emailed minutes later asking to cancel my order. It took over a day for someone to reply to tell me it was too late to cancel because it was already being processed ... if my email had been picked up when I sent it this wouldn’t have been the case. I showed clear dissatisfaction in my reply and no one ever responded to me. This is appalling customer service! I then had to wait a WEEK!!!!!! for the item to be delivered to then repost it back. I spent £6+ for the delivery (which I wanted to cancel!) and then an additional £3 to return it! I am livid and will NEVER order from this site again! What a poor poor experience and a complete waste of my money. I will ensure that I make sure people I know know not to order from you. Shocking customer service and a shocking way to run a company.

I was pleased with the fast delivery but very disappointed after paying £99 for the trainers plus £10 postage to the find a sale sticker on the box for £70. Felt completely ripped off as you are obviously selling them for £70!

Disappointed. The item I ordered was incorrect. Instead of a ladies jumpsuit, I received a nans jumper. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Excellent as always... no problem, sizing perfect, packaged appropriately and arrived on time. The postage is a bit of a rip off compared to other shops but otherwise no complaints.

Having being lucky enough to shop in Cruise for many years I was more than disappointed without ever ever being indulgent at Christmas I treat my daughter in law to something nice This year I bought her a Scarf @£350 when it was delivered it was in a Plastic bag inside a plastic bag but had I gone to the Brands Store it would have been at least wrapped nicely as I have bought from them before in my Opinion a little effort would have gone a long way I thought by buying this from a Shop and not the ‘Company’ that makes these Luxury items so that we are supporting shops but never ever again a little Festive thought would have been much appreciated Thanks
