Still haven’t received the T shirt I ordered. Was supposed to arrive on Monday . Heard nothing since.👎

Ordered an item at 2pm and paid for next day delivery. Item wasnt dispatched by cruise until the next working day so arrived 2 days later. When I received the item it was stained on the front so had to then return it. Returned the item via tracked delivery as recommended and it was received by cruise 3 days ago and signed for but still haven't heard anything from them. Having to email to chase it all up. Not the customer service I would expect

Fed up paying £6.99 delivery charge when spending a lot of money. Especially when you have to potentially pay again to return items. Won't be using Cruise again until you sort this ridiculous delivery fee. Most other websites don't charge delivery over £50. Sort it out

Ordered a pair of Valentino trainers for next day delivery, I selected next day delivery I was going on holiday the following evening! However the delivery was delayed because of some sort of delay in cruise fashion warehouse I only found this out when I rang because I hadn’t received any email to say they had been Despatched! So I never received the trainers in time for the holiday they was bought for and I was told off customer service I would receive a phone call from a manager the same day before 6pm! This was now 6 days ago and I still haven’t received a phone call! Absolutely shocking!

The belt was not true to size. It was too small, although I am very slim. Also the postage of £6.99 is more expensive than most and you do not have a paid for return service, so I've had to pay to return it to exchange for a larger size.

Terrible. My parcel with a very expensive dress in went missing, Cruise was and had been extremely unhelpful. I spent a lot of my own time chasing and calling DPD and Cruise about it. As of yet, 2 weeks on I am still without the item and Cruise are refusing to give me a refund due to not having a DPD claim number, when I offered to give this to customer services they refused as DPD had given it to me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Clothes are decent. Delivery charges like the rest of Sports Direct empire are daylight robbery.

Paid for 24 hour delivery, Jean's eventually arrived 5 days later. While this was the couriers fault I called Cruise to complain and reimburse the 24 hour shipping charge. I have been reimbursed 30% of the cost so tomorrow will be the 4th call to Cruise regarding this order, lack of delivery and charges.
