“Contacted CSJ on the recommendation of our friends son who had had windows fitted by them. Very happy from the first contact with Gavin all the way through to the installation of 5 windows by team 2 which on that day comprised Peter, Liam, Frazer and Sherry. Very professional, and their customer relations were very good whilst on site on the day as well. We had had a couple of doubts/potential changes of mind to the full wooden edging, but dealt with in a very well handled and sympathetic manner by Peter who put our minds at rest, and so glad we accepted his advice on the day. Installation manager came to check quality of work being done later in the day, and you can see that the company takes great pride in the quality of work that they provide. We picked up a couple of faults in the glass itself in the units, absolutely no problem again in reporting and getting resolved - thanks here too to Sharon in the office who was so patient and efficient in dealing with us. Will have no hesitation in recommending CSJ and using them again in the future if we need any more works completed. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Excellent all round service start to finish. Team 3 Bryan, Davie and Liam installed the windows. They were honest and told us when they damaged the tiles around the bathroom window... probably wouldn't have come out otherwise. We appreciated their honesty and actually preferred the PVC they replaced the inshot tiles with over the tiles as a finish. We are very impressed with the finish of the wood around the windows. Pricier than the deals you see on Facebook etc but worth the money.”

“Installation team 3, Davie,Steven and Liam were excellent. Kept us informed all along, very efficient installation. Work site was kept clean at all times all old material removed from site. Would use CSJ again, some follow up work to be done in the next 10 days to complete.”

“Really pleased with our new bathroom. CSJ were great to deal with. The job was not straight forward. They had to fit a new floor including joists but the guys just took it in their stride and got the job done. Would happily recommend.”

“Fantasic Job Simon and Thomas were brilliant , from start to finish they were completely respectful of my house and very pet friendly ensuring no pets were getting into places they shouldn't. They tided up after each day and were always back on time the next day. the competed bathroom is outstanding genuinely could not have asked for more. many thanks lee”

“Team 3 - Bryan, Davie and Liam. They fitted our windows and I can't fault them at all. Approachable, professional, quality checked, made sure we knew everything, cleaned up at the end of the day as if they had never been and worked around me and my family to make sure not disturbed where possible. Very happy customers and very happy with the quality of the products!”

“Best part of 10 years on and our windows are still going strong. Great quality product and workmanship. Post sale service has been fantastic and was tested after 9 years when we noticed a small crack. Unit replaced without any hassle. Have recommended to other family members who have used CSJ recently and their quality throughout remains to be one of a kind.”

“Very professional from pre survey through to installation. Team 3, Davie, Bryan and Liam arrived on time on both days ( 8 windows being fitted) and worked non stop, were polite and explained each stage of the process. Despite it being the two coldest days of the year they worked inside and out without complaint. On completion they hoovered up the mess ( not too much as they put down dust sheets before starting ) and demonstrated each window. There are a couple of areas of render needing repair and the office has been on the phone already to make an appointment. Altogether very pleased, would not hesitate to recommend CSJ and team3”

“O/no 14548 This was the third time we have used CSJ. This time for a large kitchen window installation. Previously a front door/window fitment then patio French doors/windows. The installation team did work quickly and efficiently although in the process damaged the edge of a recently fitted worktop.... I didn't notice the damage until minutes after the fitters left (without drawing it to my attention) and reported it immediately on the phone Followed up with emailed photos. I was advised initially that CJS would arrange for a sub contractor they use, to come and repair the worktop. This didn't happen and after several phone calls I accepted a reduction to the quoted price and arranged the repair myself.”

“One star for aftercare. Had a bathroom fitted in November. The Monday to Friday fitting as we were told in the sales pitch turned out to be Monday to Thursday and between 10am and 12noon arrival to prompt 4pm finish which resulted in a very rushed finish. I could have done the bath seal better myself and there are still silicone marks on the wall panels one of which has a deep scratch which occurred during fitting. Had to have them back after a week to fix a leaking sink, due to improper fitting. The proposed solution for the scratched panel was tho cut the panel in half and replace the scratched portion. I declined this. A week after that the heated towel rail went cold at the top. Contacted CSJ and after a week the project manager said he would try tohave someone attend... Still waiting!! Another email sent on Monday this week, still to receive a reply. When spending +£7k one would expect better but seems once CSJ have your money you can whistle on the wind! I'm left feeling shortchanged and very disappointed”

“Every aspect of the work done for us by CSJ was excellent. Our joiner Davie Hutton was so professional and worked so hard every day to give us a high standard of finished work. All other workmen involved were also excellent. The job was done within the time stated. We are so delighted with the finished result, and the workspace was left in inmaculate condition.”

“o/no 14047 May 2018 We were pleased with the first order we gave CSJ for a new front door/widows installation in Nov 2016, so had confidence in placing this order for patio french doors/windows. 10 out of 10 to the installation team who worked non stop, quickly and efficiently. and took great care cleaning and tidying up on completion.... There were a couple of snagging issues following the installation which involved fitting a new door seal gasket and minor hinge adjustments. Once reported these were carried out with no hesitation and to my satisfaction.”
