“I was made aware delivery may take longer than usual because of today's circumstances with the virus, however i received it in a matter of days. I would be happy to order from here and have it sent as a gift to a friend or family member without me needing to wrap it. Will definitely be ordering from here again”

“AVOID! Very poor customer service experience! Ordered 2 items. Didn’t arrive on time. Suspected something was odd (the product was with the courier without any movement for a long period, which was unlikely considering they were making timely deliveries to me from other companies). Highlighted this to their customer service. Got an incompetent person, Linda. She asked me to be patient instead of checking. Waited. Sent another mail after their stipulated “5 working days”. She said it’s likely lost. Well Linda, had you checked on day 4, when I raised my concern, you would have realised that early and saved me the trouble of drafting another mail! She gave me options- 1) could send products again 2) refund. I chose refund and made the mistake of mentioning in my mail that “I had to get replacement products since I did not receive any products from them” as my reason for not wanting to wait and have her send them again. She chose to interpret it as “cult beauty” sent me the “replacement” products and asked me why I need a refund!!!!! Do these customer service people not have access to any information on our accounts or orders or deliveries?!!! Linda, where do you have any information showing any delivery to me from Cult Beauty?!!!! It’s appalling how lazy and inefficient they are!!! All you need to do is check..do your job..take complaints seriously! How difficult is it?! I am still mailing this person. Please pray I get my refund. Guys, shop from lookfantastic. I must have spent a £1000 on their site and there’s never been a problem. *knock wood Hope this review helps someone.”

“AVOID. Think twice about using this company. Ordered 4 items, never arrived. Queried, told 3 of the items were out of stock and the 4th item would be reordered. This never arrived. It is clear that there is systemic failure combined with poor customer service within this company. AVOID.”

“think twice before ordering. very very poor shopping experience. Waiting for delivery for 30+ days. they even didn't bother to contact me to inform that the package was not shipped by their carrier (for some reason on their side/ it was an international order). When I asked what happened they apologized and promised to send again promptly again and it's been another 2 weeks when I need to chaise them again.”

“THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM. I paid for next day delivery and I got my parcel 2 days later, and when I looked inside it wasn’t what I order. THEY SENT ME A WRONG ITEM. I sent them 2 emails and I had no response so far. Please avoid, they are extremely unprofessional.”

“I don't usually write reviews but the service from this company has been so appalling. I would urge other people not to use them unless you absolutely have to. I placed a large order with them and the courier just left the package on my doorstep in full view of the street. Of course it was taken. I understand this is the delivery company's fault but Cult owe it to me as their customer to help resolve the issue. Even though it was very clear what had happened [the photo on the delivery co's own site proves this & their own site also states the doorstep is not a defined safe place], rather than refund or replace the items, they have just repeatedly said they need to contact the delivery co [why?] and left me out of pocket with no idea what's happening. They don't answer the phones or reply to emails. I understand that they will need recompense from the delivery co. But they chose to employ that company [a notoriously bad one] and they sent the package out without requiring a signature. I ordered in good faith from them, paid my money and have not received the products. And it's been a nightmare trying to resolve this. Any decent company would replace of refund without delay.”

“First time customer. It was very easy to register and order and my goods were delivered within the five days as stated. Goods were well packed and I was notified by email at every step of the way, shipped with tracking number (and estimated date for delivery), arrived my country, out for delivery and finally delivered. Prices were fantastic and I will be ordering again and referring friends. Thank you”

“Shipment arrived within the 5 days stated upon ordering. Great prices, easy to register and order. Delivery was to Bahrain which would normally take a lot longer so I'm really impressed. Each step of the way I was notified by email, dispatched with tracking number, arrived, out for delivery and finally delivered. My items were securely packed. I will be ordering again and referring friends. Excellent service.”

“First time customers get the option of free delivery on their first parcel but as I needed the products the day after I chose to pay for next day delivery and did not get my parcels in time. When I called in they said that because I placed the order after 4 pm I wouldn’t be able to get the products in time which is understanding but it would be a good request for a company like cult beauty to add that comment in before you go ahead and pay for something that you’re not even going to get the benefits from! Very very disappointing!”

“First time customer and purchased the £30 starter pack. Delighted with the contents and a total bargain. Unfortunately, this company use Hermes and they are a horrendous courier company. I'm wary to purchase anything from companies that use Hermes as I've had so many issues with them in the past.”
