“My printer which I purchased in February 2020 somehow managed to swallow a piece of my printing and it got stuck. I took it to my local branch in Leigh, Greater Manchester fearing the worst and resigned to maybe having to purchase a new one, however a very attentive team member called Martin was so helpful and friendly and tried to fix it there and then, explaining to me that he would do all he could to sort it. He called another team member over (I didn't get his name) and between them they managed to fix the problem, cleaned it all up and I came home with it! I am still amazed at their attentiveness and their attitude to serve me as their customer. I always shop here for my office supplies and will definitely recommend your outstanding service, thankyou so much”

“I went in store not sure of the cooker i wanted because of the limited width in my kitchen. I had been looking on line at all different websites with no luck. Nadine was very helpful and even though i would have liked a double oven, i found with her advice a Flavel MLB5CDW which is all electric, fan oven delivery next week, re-cycling my old gas cooker, capping the gas off for a very reasonable price!!
