Bought LG American fridge freezer and washing machine. Due for delivery today. Confirmed twice over the phone and twice on webchat. Still not received slot confirmation, so called and now they are telling due to some unknown error, they cannot deliver today!

Times have changed. Technology is evolving everyday. There are new innovations that do not only trace bitcoin addresses but find out what platform or exchange they belong to. Anyone would agree that this is a big step in recovering coins. Disgusting service, really let down,we ordered an integrated dishwasher and washer dryer from them, they installed washing machine and did not install the dishwasher, now after 1 month the washing machine fitting started dripping water and spoiled our kitchen skirtkings and cupboards, we called them to fix this and installed the dishwasher and they gave us a week later date which is today, so expected them to visit today and hoping we could use the washing machine, the installer calls at last minute to us and installer did not turn up and when we call the customer care, they again say apologies which definitely is not being meant when making the customer suffer again and again for the service he has already paid for, and we are told we can book the installation for next tuesday or we can refund you the installtion, such a joke, So still i wait for next 5 days to get some shitty excuse. Really if this does not gets resolved, will definitely never and recommend to buy anything from curry to friends and family.

I had a very bad experience with an unregulated broker and was saved by the timely intervention of a recovery specialist. In 1 week, I got almost 95% of my loss. He is really good at what he does, i have recommended him to friends and co workers who all became satisfied customers. I simply can't thank JimFundsRecovery at Consultant dot Com enough.

I ordered a Karcher floor cleaner back in December 2020 I have been waiting for a call back from a Manager since May as it has stopped working,I was told it’s a common fault by a advise but I could only get a repair as it outside my 30 Day receipt when I asked if it has this fault why is it still being sold I was told I should have done my research. Yesterday I called 8/7/21 ref a T.V that was stupidly purchased from you in March this has stopped working it was collected for repair again as outside 30 day receipt I was told as I did not purchase extended warrant it would be ready when it was ready also I was told it had to go back to the manufacturer for repair ..this in fact was not true as it is being repaired by curry’s and you are waiting for a screen from the manufacturer! The screen was fine that was not the fault, both items are not fit for purpose,at no point has any advisor treated my with dignity understanding or empathy you are also providing your customers with false information the number you give for Karcher is incorrect 01295 752200 is not the correct number my contact is with Curry’s as it is you I have made the purchase from I would at least like to be spoken by someone who sounds like they are interested in assisting me to resolve this,Ihave also on 3 occasions as for disclosure on my conversation as I have been given false information and treated appallingly I am still waiting you are legally obligated to make this available to me at my request as stated by GDPR regulations.As stated previously I am also still waiting for a member of management to call me back . Never have I experienced such disgusting customer Service,

Currys customer service for purchase and collect from store. The short version is that they lost the item I had purchased so it wasn't available for collection. I asked for immediate refund but they said no it would take two weeks to investigate. I phoned head office and demanded immediate refund which they did over the phone. Then they start sending letters saying I had two refunds and one being in the store which was not true. I can't write it all here but customer services were a shambles. It just went on with phone calls and then threats ti take legal action against me. I eventually phoned the police to report it as fraud as I didn't go to store on the day they claimed. I cried when talking to police. I gave currys my police reference and then guess what!? They just never wrote to me again. There is more detail to this relating to their appalling systems & processes and lies. Do not use 'collection from store' option if you can get the product else where please do!!!!!

I'm a retired veteran and purchasing a home has always been my dream. I usually do not qualify after a credit check so I needed credit repair help. A few weeks ago I ran into a specialist when I was surfing the net for a private contractor that can help. After a couple of weeks I noticed they have already cleared all inquiries including my taxes. What they propose is what I got. Bought and paid for worry free expert installation of fridge/freezer,Driver/installer refused to feed plug behind cabinet, cut off plug from old unit refused to remove it left in situ. New unit unpacked and left on the driveway. He then left.

Purchased a very expensive monitor from Currys PC world, developed a fault after 3 months. They didn't want to know, didn't care at all, VERY rude customer service advisors passing me back and forth and speaking to me as though I was dirt on their shoe. I will pursue this but for now, i'll vote with my review. Avoid at all costs, there's a reason Amazon are putting them out of business. Shocking.

Hi, visited our local Curry’s yesterday at Whitebirk Drive Blackburn hoping to kit out our new kitchen ie double oven, hob, American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. With the amount of choice available we didn’t know where to start so approached operator 21 aka JASMINE. We explained our requirements and budget to her and in flash she narrowed down our hunt and took us to the very product’s we hoped to find. Her product knowledge, professionalism and customer service throughout our visit was second to none. Jasmine is an absolute angel and if we were to score her out of ten then we’d give her a fourteen. Nice one Jasmine and thank you very much. 👍

I am one of the Victims. At first, The software seemed to be really professional and authentic. I found many favorable reviews about its performance and delivered results. Awful customer service. Pre ordered and paid for a Fitbit. When the item was released and I had had no delivery or correspondence from Curry’s I chased them up only to find that my order had been ‘lost’ in their system. The item I had ordered was now available for next day delivery or to pick up in store. I was told at first that it would 3-5 working days but having online chatted and spoke to half a dozen customer service reps I was told they could in fact arrange next day delivery. Next day came and still no sign of my order. I contacted Curry's again to be told that the item is now out of stock so no delivery or even the delivery I was assured would be with me in 3-5 days. Don’t know what I’m more shocked about firstly how they could mess this up so badly or second how little they cared. I would have given them zero stars if it was possible.

Brought a rug doctor online.. sent it back as faulty this was in March 3 months on I still haven't had a refund.. they keep saying I will get one.. now all of a sudden they are saying they haven't received the faulty item back.. even though I have emails stating they have had it back.. im off to the small claims court next week.. I will never buy from currys again.. disgusting service

I was looking for a legitimate person to fix my credit score. It was so bad that I was denied numerous times getting anything so I needed help. I read about a credit specialist on a credit blog and I hired him. I noticed after a couple of days he had already cleared all negatives including my taxes and raised my score to an excellent 795. Similar problem to many others it would seem. Driver failed to deliver due to no parking, even though had they called me when outside my house I could have moved my car. Sadly the driver called while on his way to the next delivery, promised to come back later but didn’t. Currys customer services came across as totally disinterested and, when I cancelled my order as the rescheduled delivery was too far out, was happy to cancel the order making no effort to deliver sooner. Since bought my washing machine from AO who we’re fantastic on all levels.

Products are poor quality had 2 Beko fridge freezers in less than 12 months and still not working properly. Trying to get anything done is like finding gold in my toilet pan. Customer service is virtually non existent and trying to speak to someone is dire. When I eventually got through I was told how to try and correct the fault myself although impossible due to medical reasons. Although still under manufacturers warranty I would be charged £55 for a callout. Rubbing salt into the wound as I had also paid £130 for an extended warranty. That was a 2aste of money.PLEASE stay away from currys. They suck

American Fridge freezer broke down, after 30 months.. They only offer 1 year manufacturer guarantee. So this means a £650 large item can only last 1 year! I highly recommend Cyberdon for your Credit Repair process. He responded very quickly throughout the credit repair exercise and explained all of my questions and concerns clearly and adequately. Cyberdon is highly knowledgeable in his field and you can't go wrong with him. I had an eviction, collections and couple of hard inquiries on my credit and it wouldn't let me qualify for a home purchase.
