Spent over £300 in Curry's they then ask for £20 to click and collect in store. This is to ensure that the goods are not delivered before the store opens and then returned to the warehouse. No it's not Curry's it's just a ploy to screw your customers for an extra £20. If every other store can do free click and collect for a £300 order then so can you.

Appalling customer services. Waiting on my third washing machine to be delivered because the other 2 haven't worked on arrival. Told my third washer would be delivered today. Waited in and it hasn't arrived apparently they haven't put the deliver through so won't be receiving a washer today either. I haven't ever dealt with such an incompetent company and won't shop with this company ever again. I will be telling all my friends and family about the appalling customer services

I bought a smart TV and took out the extended guarentee. Having had my smart TV go in for the same repair three times without the problem being resolved I was told on phoning Knowhow that as it was 14 days since the last instance of it being taken in and not resolved I could request a replacement. I took the TV into store and waited for them to contact me about my replacement. Three times now I have had to phone and once I got the store to phone about progress on the repair/replacement and each time I was fobbed off with it being looked at, being on the bench etc. Now under the agreement I have not had a working set for twenty one days and it shows at this present time every indication that it will be another twenty one days. This is without taking into consideration that the set has been faulty with the intermittent wifi dongle removed now for months.I posted this story on Trust Pilot and had a response that they would look into it, but clearly they are not doing so. I do believe that this is the worst service I have ever had from a company, but it seems that there is little I can do about it. Avoid them if you have any alternative and don't believe a word they tell you

Ordered a washer on line. Easy to use web site. Delivery was very flexible. Finance was set up easily so the option was there to spread the cost should I have needed to. Delivery was good, the driver rang to say when he would arrive, and he did pretty much when he said.

I thought I made a reasonable purchase from Curry's here in Scotland, too soon to tell how good the machine is...but to be fair, the guys who delivered it here in Lanarkshire were bright, bubbly ,efficient ,and seemed willing to help....couldn't do enough for me......but the shop staff were really kind of dismal and not a patch on the cheery delivery blokes

The staff are in the main clueless and to be avoided at all costs. When you choose an item the chances are it’s not in stock

Laptop was out of stock at Torquay. Had to drive miles to collect from Exeter store. Check your local store has an item before setting out. Lack of stock has occured before but l had forgotten the previous problems.

Personally would give it no stars!! • 1st delivery arrived on schedule but damaged • re-arraged a delivery for a new washing machine which failed to turn up and having the delivery driver put the phone down on me!! •phoned up complained and was promised it would be delivered two days later! .. no show again, completely lied said they had the postcode down wrong- but was delivered ok the first time round! • have everything crossed it turns up tomorrow- not holding out much hope! The service I have experienced is shocking!!! Will never buy from currys again.. would rather spend double the amount else where!

Refused to honour both deals offered on web and in store despite meeting all requirements and bosch paying for one of them. When I complained I was told that I should be thankful that one of the two machines I was purchasing was on sale and I was saving lots ! Disgusted will never consider them again ! Resolved by AO. Actually got better machines at cheaper prices.

I purchased a Fujifilm camera on Friday 13th Oct pm at the Arnold branch, when i got home I checked the item and found that the item was (I assume) a returned camera, as it was in a torn plastic bag, there were scratches to the front lens, the back screen (No protective cover attached) and the front body, the battery was also inserted into the Camera, which it should not have been. I returned the camera the next morning as soon as they opened, although the assistant changed the camera i was made to feel as if it was my fault the camera was not new, very abrupt, rude and not a single apology or thank you for your custom and to top this another customer came in next to me with another item, and when a second customer service agent ask the problem, the customer said he would like a new item that he had paid for, not a second hand returns item, not a very good advert. The customer service staff are certainly in need of additional training, i will not be using Currys again, i will choose to spend my money elsewhere, if i could have given them a quarter star i would have. If I could leave no stars I would. I'd like to make a complaint about the drivers who delivered my washing machine on Friday 13th 2017. We had the washing machine put in a shed in our back garden. My mother directed them to the shed. There is a pathway in our garden we were assuming the drivers would use, the grass had dog dirt on it and unfortunately the drivers stood on this, and the men were upset about this, which is fair enough. The issue is the comments the men made to my mother, one said to the other "This must be our tip". Their attitude was really unacceptable and extremely rude, and has left my mother visibly upset, and it was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. We have a step in our shed where we have the washer and dryer, we asked the lady at the curry store if we could have the delivery men put the machine on this step as my mother and myself could not do this. The men refused to do this because they were not installing the machine, they were more interested in making rude comments. I paid a lot of money for this machine and I don't appreciate having my mother treated like dog dirt. This was completely unacceptable. I called the call centre and spoke to a representative about this, they said they would raise it with the depot, but they really sounded uninterested and I received no apology, although I know it was not the representative that was rude to my mother. I'm honestly not one to make complaints but we've been treated so badly, I highly doubt I will ever buy from currys again. Pamela Bt34 3EE
