“Telephoned Customer Services as I had bought a Nintendo Switch game in store that stated I would get a code for a free 6 month Spotify subscription. I didn't receive the code on the receipt. I didn't think they would be able to help but they were extremely helpful. They asked for my receipt number and and store number and said I would receive a code within 7 days. I received it within 30 minutes so was very satisfied. Very quick and efficient service. Thank you.”

“Excellent service from Curry’s. LG TV developed a fault with picture after 2 years. Phoned them about 2 year warranty. Set collected next day and returned fully repaired within 5 days. Brilliant, and pleasantly surprised given other reviews and forums! Many thanks”

“Weston-super-Mare store. Always a warm welcome. Friendly helpful staff and if you need advice they always have someone who’s an expert in that field. Recently purchased a double oven, dishwasher and had a demonstration with a Cake factory machine, very tasty indeed, plus happy with the service.”

“I recently purchased a replacement television from Currys parc pemberton. I could not find an appropriate replacement immediately so had assistance from an extremely helpful member of staff who was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I was also assisted by two other members of staff while I was in store and found them extremely helpful and considerate. The staff were George, Niamh and Amy, thank you for all of your help!”

“I am a regular customer at Currys parc pemberton. I would like to thank Chloe who is always absolutely amazing and sorts out all of my problems. I have many items with insurance and regularly pop in with questions or products that need repair. Chloe is always extremely helpful and is beyond tolerant of my many questions! Very many thanks Chloe and Currys who have a great member of staff!”

“We were bit worried by certain reviews for knowhow but; Phil and his team from Basildon were absolutely brilliant. It was a tricky job but they looked for the ways "to do the job" rather than not. “On August 22nd 2019 i purchased an LG 65inch tv and soundbar + base speaker from PC World Wandsworth. The salesperson's name was Raoul Hounsihoue. I told Raoul that i was going to have trouble setting it up. He asked where i lived and when i told him just across the road he offered to come over during his lunch break to help me, which i gratefully accepted. He spent his lunch break unpacking and setting my equipment up and afterwards when i offered him cash in return, he refused it and said please if you could just leave a review based on your experience. It took me 3 months to get over the shock which is why it took me so long to get around to writing this review ;-) The equipment is spot on and it was all on special offer so all in all a good day. Plus Raoul's technical knowledge was exceptional.”

“I would like to make it aware that majority of Becktons Customer service advisors are professional, pleasant, exellent speakers,attentive, detailed, efficient, friendly, team players, enthusiastic and they all posses high scope like concentration and focu. In my previous curry's experience I was fortunate enough to come across, customer service advisers Ketul, Hitesh and Eddie the manager. All three advisors possessed all the qualities mentioned above and made myself and those accompanyined by me, extremely satisfied and happy with the purchased product. They all answered queries professionally with maximum, valued, honest and logical information, and when one was not able to provide answers, anothher would fill in. Thank you so much for the experience. Let this continue for the present and future.”
