Don't use this company, stay at home and pull your own teeth out with pliers you'll get more satisfaction. I'm angry that I've had to give one star they don't deserve it, their pay and collect service is a disgrace their courier service from their hub is a shambles, go anywhere else, don't buy from here.

I bought a Zanussi Cooker hood on the 10.03.16 and had it delivered after i opened the box everything look ok but couldnt see for sure as the unit was a stainless one with white protective film on it to save it from getting scratched or dented when fitting. On the 29.04/16 i had the unit fitted and when i have unwrapped the film off the unit they was a dent covered over.I have phoned Currys and Zanussi only to be told i had only 48 hours to check the unit.I tried to explain you dont take the film off until the unit is fitted but got no joy or any understanding from both companies. Customer services on both companies shocking and will never buy from currys again.

I shall never use this company again. I bought a tumble dryer which went faulty after 3 weeks. By the time I got through to customer services they said it was 4 days over the 28 day period where it could be replaced, and would have to be repaired. I was given a date for repair which was 9 days after I called them. The repairman arrived late took one look and told me the cabinet was warped and he would have to order a strut to brace the cabinet. He could not get back to repair the machine for another two weeks. By the time he returns I will not have had use of the dryer for 22 days atrocious service

The worst company i have ever dealt with.It doesn't look like they ever heard of customer service. If u have some respect for yourself and the time you spent earning your money choose somewhere else to shop! I bought a fridge and a washing machine online they delivered on the next day.The people from knowhow dragged the washing machine upstairs and without even measuring decided that the fridge will not fit in the elevator so they will not bring it up(even thought me and my bf measured everything like 5 times just to be sure that it would fit in the elevator).Well apparently knowhow guys have super powers and they can decide things like that just by having a look.....Anyways on top of that i told them to give me a minute while i call their customer service team, because i am not sure if i want the washing machine if i can not get the fridge...So while i was making the call they left without giving me any receipts or unpacking/installing the stuff....Ridiculous service....Spent 3 hours on the phone arguing with their customer service manager about this...And at the end of the conversation what i had to say was that I am not sure why do u work there?! it doesn't seem that you like customers anyway....

Terrible service dropped my mums tv out of the lorry didn't tell her she only knew because a neighbour saw them and rang her they denied it until told they had been seen . My mum rang the local store to talk to a woman who wasn't really bothered about it so i rang customer services for her only to end up talking to an obnoxious little argumentative man ...disgusting service not bothered not going to exchange it even though its been dropped ..i know i wouldn't want a dropped television ..so i think its a terrible way to deal with customers and dishonest delivery drivers ..my advice would be use another online shop instead ..currys terrible company bad customer service they only got one star because there was no option for no stars

I bought a Hotpoint washing machine from Currys, it failed within 3 weeks so I had to wait in for a repair engineer. When it failed the same way a few weeks later (still within 3 months) I asked for refund or replacement and was told an engineer would need to come out and check the fault. More time wasted waiting in. When he came I advised him I wanted a repair or replacement. He said he would out this on his report. Now they say I cannot have replacement or refund as I accepted a repair! He said at least I could use it until it was resolved. I feel really cheated and will never ever purchase from them again. They don't even have the courtesy to ring me, just emails or long wait in a phone queue. Very poor indeed!

Well purchased an AEG Induction cooker, remember my contract is with Currys not AEG, the cooker went wrong within a year went in they sorted repair company repaired went wrong again, went asked for money back (my Legal right) was told come back tomorrow and we will refund...haha..next morning met the worst employee Currys must have a man called "Dan" he said "no" he phoned AEG and expected me to speak to them....I would not...he said you can have replacement...did not want, said I would go to the County Court on the matter as I was now entitled in law to money back after one repair..he threatens to call the Police as I was threatening him...have to say it "what a prick to employ. never raised my voice, never swore, asks me to leave. I phone my solicitor from the store....guess what don,t like that. He tells me he will refund and collect cooker next day. I went to another store and purchased two cookers one for UK and one for home in France...Lost business and I am bound to tell everyone about this experience how much has "Dan" cost Currys, by the way TAUNTON store!!! Never again believe me

Got a TV without screws. Rang customer care and advised to take TV into store. At my nearest store advised that I had to go to the store at which I had purchased it. That was it, no more help. After pushing the matter eventually got someone to order me a screw pack. Why their customer care help line could not have done that? There are no feedback forms at the 'customer desk'. Dreadful store.

IF YOU LIVE IN A FLAT IN CONVERTED HOUSE, THEN DO NOT ORDER FROM CURRYS. I had a Fridge Freezer and Oven delivered. The two delivery people (two because it's classed as a large item) decided that they were not taking them up the one flight of stairs to the flat. They left them on the front doorstep leaving my 5ft female tenant and her 8 year old to try and get them upstairs. Luckily she had a nice neighbour to help! Customer services hid behind the small print of "'We reserve the right to not complete your delivery and/or connection if it could cause injury to our delivery crews". This basically gives them the ticket to not compete a delivery. Don't run the risk of this happening. AVOID CURRYS DELIVERY - They "Know How" to not complete a job!

So if you spend £160 on a fridge it's free delivery but if you spend £160 on a fridge and £190 on a freezer it's £6 delivery charge because your having more than one item , ( to the same address) so I said ok then I'll have one deliverd Wednesday and one delivered Thursday , does that mean I save £6 , she said yes , so I can either waste £6 of my money because the more you spend the more your punished or I can be as stupid as the person who invented this company policy for currys and have two deliverys and waste £££s of there money for 2 men in a lorry plus the cost of fuel to come back the next day . What a joke !

Terrible customer service in-store. Rude, uninterested, ill-informed and dismissive. Was trying to buy a MacBook - will never use Currys/PC World again - off to Apple Store or John Lewis.

Absolutely appalling experience. It was just meant to be a simple installation of an integrated washer / dryer. The two cowboys who turned up - 1. Dragged the washing machine across the kitchen floor and destroyed the vinyl flooring by scraping down to the concrete floor ! 2. Made multiple attempts to secure the hinges to the door that covers the washing machine. They completely DESTROYED the door, and promptly left the building (I am a landlord, and my unfortunate tenant was left feeling distraught) I am now involved in protracted communications with the Curry's installation company called 'KNOW HOW' (somewhat of a misnomer I believe) My advice to anyone thinking of using these people. 1. Avoid 2. Avoid 3. Avoid

I ordered our fridge through currys needing the to be door reversed. We paid £50 for the privilege expecting it to be ship shape on delivery. It wasn't. The door wasn't reversed and neither was it level. The engineer was happy to leave stating that he would be back that day... He wasn't. Since that day I have been on the phone to currys 3 times at an hour each time. We have had 4 more engineers out (2 didn't have the appropriate tools and 2 didn't have the correct hinges). Apparently the hinges have been ordered in and currys will call me when so. They have never returned a call, so I imagine that's another hour I will need to spend on the phone to them. It has been a month since original delivery and I have paid for a service Currys have yet to deliver on. It's utterly appalling. Without a doubt I will be raising a rather large complaint and never shopping at currys again. It's John Lewis for sure. They may well me a few ££ more, but they never fail on service.

Never buy from them, after paying £400 for a washing machine it only lasted 1 1/2 years, but as its older than a year I have to try sort it out. Head office staff rude and unhelpful. I had to buy a new one from somewhere else as had already been over 2 weeks without one and with 2 kids I couldn't wait any longer!!!

When you buy a lap top and it does not work and the tell you ring the helpline, the say take it back to factory settings. The tell you do this times , they say you take it back here is the reference number but the number is a mobile number for no one. The guy in the store said it will be fixed by 8.30 pm but there was no engineer on duty. he refused a receipt and refused to had it over when asked. The store has no phone number, the helping mess you about and you never get the lap top back, no refund emails ignored and people give false information on the help line. The give you phone number to other people and are very obstructive , rude and ignore you, they supply false email addresses so the matter drags on for 2 years or more, in short the wanted the money and the laptop. A bought the brand laptop from Tesco, a little cheaper, nothing wrong still working very well no issues. I call this matter with Currys theft. When you by a TV and it breaks down, the take it away, you never see it again, the don't contact you the supply you phone number to the neighbour, mix you information up with a neighour say you have to have a voucher code but the terms say a voucher, when you take the code to the shop the demand an original bill and bank statement to keep a photocopy of these on the store. The refuse to block the account numbers and tell you you can't use the voucher.
