“From start to finish working with CustomMade was absolutely fantastic. I had a few ideas in regards to the ring design and the team ran with it. I was completely blown away with the first drawing provided by their artists. It ended up being the design I selected. For the next few months we worked to create a ring I fell absolutely in love with. It is one of a kind and absolutely stunning. My now fiancé loves the ring even more than I do. She hasn’t stopped looking at it. If you want a one of a kind personal experience and jewelry that will not only look great, but also show how much love you put into it, CustomMade is for you.”

“Overall everything was amazing. They had a multi-step process with different people who were all very helpful and understanding. They were able to bring my idea to life and worked with me every step of the way to make sure it was perfect. When I got the rings they were stunning and not something I would ever have found at a name-brand jewelry store. The price we also super reasonable and well within my original budget, in fact it came in under budget and most of that we spent on the diamonds.”

“This experience was overall fantastic. They were extremely patient with how picky I was about the little things. Seeing the ring in person they couldn’t have gotten it more perfect. If you’re going to do a custom ring this is the place to do it!”

“I’ve contacted CustomMade on four separate occasions and have had them perform a miraculous transformation of a centuries old symbol into a reality. Two rings containing my family’s crest were brought to life by the careful artist and designers of CustomMade’s excellent staff. They were quick, and responded to any and all changes within the parameters of the design. Excellent communications and always on top in providing quality product. “This has been an absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. From the first day of my interest making my pieces the customer service was above and beyond attending to my wants and desires. I was able to change my design as much as i wanted even after digital renditions were made, and after we recieved the piece and became concerned (irrationally i might add) about the style of setting (we got a pronged setting to start and were worried about the prongs catching on strings and such to bend) we were offered a reforge to a beveled setting free of charge. the amount of times this company and its support agents has gone out of its way to assist me has been fantastic and i am very appreciative! :)”
