“My experience was excellent. Working with the design team very closely ensured that our ring was excellent. The engagement went off without a hitch and she still can't stop smiling every time she looks at the ring. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested in getting engaged and doesn't want the cookie cutter ring from a jewelry store.”

“CustomMade made the designing process easy and simple for someone who doesn't consider themselves all that creative. I gave them some ideas to start and they worked with them to create such a beautiful piece. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, and neither can my fiancée. The staff I worked with were all incredibly helpful.”

“CustomMade treated me right, and I don't think you get that with many companies today. What I'm trying to say is they genuinely cared. They did a great job communicating with me, double checking with me that the details were right, and giving me updates on my project. I was surprised at how easy it was to do everything online and I am very pleased with the ring they created.”

“I worked with CustomMade to create an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife, and they were awesome! The design team works seamlessly with you to find the perfect design, and everyone throughout the entire process is responsive, polite, and just as excited as you are for the final product! 100% would recommend to a friend (already have recommended twice!).”

“For anyone who is looking to create a custom ring, well….you have come to the right place. I have always wanted to make a custom ring for myself. From the very first responce, to this review, It was awesome. Custom Made has the best quality, best customer service, best design team, quickest responses, and best of all is the price. It was honestly the best purchase I have ever made. My vision became my ring, and I owe that to Custom Made. Even if you don’t think you want a custom ring, please just check them out. The styles, options and quality are amazing. You won’t be sorry!!”

“My husband and I both bought each other's rings from CustomMade. Customer service is excellent, and they keep you involved in the whole process. My husband custom-designed my ring to have a rainbow/moon detail on the gallery/setting of the ring. They made his vision come to life. My wedding band and his have matching emeralds. Our rings are stunning and unique!”

“From start to finish, the experience with the CustomMade team was astounding. Their 2D artists and CAD designers are quick, top-notch, and easily understood the feel I was going for when describing it. Additionally, I was impressed by their continued communication, and support throughout the whole process. The end product quite literally stunned me, I have no other way to put it. And for the price for such fantastic work, there's honestly nowhere I would rather go for authentic jewelry.”

“Working with CustomMade.com was an INCREDIBLE experience. This is one of the coolest sites and services I have ever come upon. They worked diligently with me and were very detail oriented and walked me through the whole process as I got an amazing custom rose gold necklace piece based on a drawing I had. They brought the drawing to life beautifully. They set a realistic timeline and I am thrilled about the piece. It is a Christmas present and I’m really looking forward to giving it to my Mum. “If you want the perfect ring for your significant other this is hands down the best place to get a ring made! I started off giving the CustomMade team my criteria for the setting and center stone and they took that information and ran with it! The initial sketches for the setting were close to what I was looking for, but I didn't fall in love with it. I told them what I liked and what I wanted combined between the first 2 sketches and the sketch artist came back with the perfect ring! I couldn't have dreamed up a better! After that I worked on finding the perfect center stone after going through 8 options to find the perfect fit. Then they started making the custom ring and kept me in the loop through the entire ring making process. I received awesome photos after the ring was completed and then they overnighted the ring to me just in time for me to propose. I can't say enough great things about the service and how nice every person I interact was to help me get the perfect custom made ring! Overall the process took 6 weeks from initial contact to ring in my hand. I would hands down do this exact same process over again with CustomMade!”
