“The team at CustomMade walked me through every step and gave frequent updates. It was awesome to see how they design and build jewelry through explanation and photos. “This is the second time I've used Custom Made and worked with their staff on a personalized piece of jewelry. The efforts from the beginning of the consultation through the material selection, creating mock-ups and then producing the item were incredible. These people have an understanding that jewelry can be very personal and therefore, make sure with time and communication to make all efforts to make sure the customer is satisfied. In my personal project, I had a ring that was special and passed down by my grandmother. My husband had given me a complimentary ring for our wedding. I wanted to create two more rings that I can pass down to future generations, creating a set. I am ultimately happy with the result and the cost I paid. The original ring of my grandmother's has a square cut ruby and diamond (fire/ice) with gold band. My wedding ring has a square cut sapphire with four small diamonds (water/ice). I wanted to create two rings that featured an emerald and a yellow sapphire. The set is beautiful.”

“I was happy with the communication process and final product. The only aspect I would change is keeping the project competition date updated. In my case it wasn’t updated until the final designs were approved. That made for a 3 week change.”

“I wanted a charm to give to my partner of a private small island that we are vacationing too, so there isn't a suitable stock charm to purchase, which brought me to CustomMade. I'm very happy with the design and the final product. The process was smooth, and the communication through out was outstanding. “As I previously reported, CustomMade has taken a dream of mine and made it into a reality. Unfortunately, the design I wanted irritated my sensitive skin. I sent the ring back and CusromMade is doing everything to make sure I'm happy with my ring. This company has not only made me believe in Customer Service but made me believe there are those that care and take pride in what they do. There really isn't enough of that in todays world.”

“My fiancé had my engagement ring made by CM, so I went to them for his wedding band. Glad I did. They were with me keeping me updated the whole time and never went ahead with any steps unless I approved it first. Great experience!”
