“I wanted to wait until after the proposal/vacation to review. The ring came out fantastic. As expected and the custom touches I added really added to the shock effect. The team was super helpful and maintained constant communication throughout the process. I was referred to CustomMade by my now fiance's brother in law and I'll be recommending it to other friends who are looking for ring options.”

“I had a very unusual ring in mind. Definitely not something you could just go to the store and buy. I was a little worried they wouldn’t be able to understand what I wanted with pure text. They were very patient with trying to get my ring exactly how I wanted it. Even marking a few suggestions that improve my original idea. Normally I would say it was pricey but I only plan to get married once and considering how weird the ring was it came in pretty fairly priced. I would have paid a good bit more. Also shipping was fast. I appreciate that.”

“I loved how patient and flexible CustomMade is. I dont make a lot of money and live check to check so when things got pushed back months upon months. We literally just picked up where we left off like nothing happened and the artist who designs and comes up with what you envision was truly spot on. Unfortunately i cant show off i picture since i have it stashed away until the time is right. Truely a well done job by a company i will be coming back to.”

“They are professional and seem genuinely excited to go through every step in making a custom ring. Very responsive, flexible, and attentive. Even when I changed what I wanted over and over, they did as requested with no pushback. They even dealt with my particular situation with the original engagement ring braking and had no complaints when I requested to do a complete redesign. They even took responsibility for original ring braking. The process is fun and you get a unique piece out of it that you have control over every detail. I will gladly go to Custom Made for any future jewelry ideas and will suggest others do as well.”

“I ordered a signate ring for my son as a wedding gift. I had a design for our family crest to make into a ring. Custom Made was excellent in creating a ring out of my design!! My son loved it. My other son wanted one when he got married - so I ordered this ring for him and one for myself. Excellent service and very easy to work with. Couldn't have asked for anything better!! “My experience with CustomerMade was phenomenal from beginning to end. The communication between myself and the different people I spoke with that helped my project come to life was what really impressed me the most. As this was purely online, I was worried how the process was going to be, however I am extremely happy with the service I received and beyond happy with the engagement ring they brought to life. “I really loved the methodology used by CM - involving the client in the design process for the ring and making sure that the final product is as personal as possible. I really appreciated the assistance that I got from the entire team - jewelry consultant, gem expert, design lead, production lead - and how they took their time to explain with details the different parts of the process, the available options, and the implications. They also made delivery very simple through an international courier and made sure to warn me about any additional (VAT or customs) fees. I received a final product that was even better than I had envisioned at first and I'm pretty sure that my girlfriend will love her ring. I would strongly recommend CM to anyone who would like to get involved in a process that will show their loved one that they have taken time to think of the best way to really express their love.”

“I started the process and from start to finish it was personalized, quick, easy and transparent. I told them what I was looking for, they sent me a free ring sizer, I requested some intricate details, asked for a special type of stone, they informed me of every decision I made they gave me updated pictures and renderings quick responses and I wouldn't change anything at all. CustomMade is perfect for anyone.”

“The product is very great and the service is even greater. My ring had to be made a couple extra times because it wasn’t quite how I requested it, and they remade it NO EXTRA CHARGE. I am satisfied with the final product. They don’t provide budget options, minimum price for a sterling silver ring would probably be about $500 considering they specialize in engagement and wedding rings. They also have other products. The people messaging me specialized in what part of the process my project was in and responded within a day unless they told me the office would be closed before. 4 stars for the miscommunication about how I wanted the ring to look but they are a great and extremely trustworthy company. Very professional.”

“When my wife first told me about CustomMade and that I should design a ring for our tenth wedding anniversary, I was very hesitant. I thought “jewelry isn’t my thing. I’m a carpenter. I can make anything out of wood, but I have no business designing a ring.” She showed me many pictures of different things she liked in rings. With these overwhelming ideas, I reluctantly sent my first message to CustomMade. What followed was well beyond anything I expected, simply because good customer service seems to be unheard of these days. My first response was from Matt, who quickly welcomed me in. We went over a few thoughts and ideas. Before I knew it, I had some sketches from Mehr which were the beginning of those ideas becoming a reality. I was hooked. Each new message became a little piece of sunshine. I was truly designing a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry for my wife (with the help of my CustomMade team, of course). I have never been good at buying gifts. I think it’s just in male DNA. Once we had the sketches down, Will helped me pick the perfect gems. My wife is very quirky about numbers. No odd numbers, no prime numbers, they must have a square root, etc. We took all of this into consideration during the initial design and with Will’s help choosing the right diamonds and accent stones. All I knew about diamonds was that they are hard, and they are good for cutting tile. With Will’s knowledge, I quickly learned clarity, cut, color, carat, lab vs. mined, and where I could make compromises based on the design of the ring. India took over next with design and 3D renderings. I finally got to see my design in 3D! After making some fine-tuning adjustments, the ring came to life. Sure, it’s an inanimate object, but it now had a heartbeat thanks to India’s attention to detail. Finally, production. Marie filled me in every step of the way while the ring was being made, and even after the ring arrived on the day of our anniversary. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone involved made me feel like I was important to them. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and personable. I know there are many others behind the scenes. I honestly feel that every person involved is a true professional, and master at each of their individual roles at CustomMade. As for the ring, the quality is absolute perfection. By designing a custom ring for my wife, she has a gift with actual meaning. Not just something pre-made that I bought at the last minute. She absolutely loves the ring, and I am proud to have her wearing it. I can’t imagine ever shopping at a jewelry store again. I’ve often wondered what this ring would cost if I did get it from a store, because I feel like I got it for a steal! From the bottom of both our hearts, we thank you all at CustomMade!
