“Purchased a necklace for a Christmas gift to my wife. This is now the fourth item I’ve done with custom made and was the fourth time it was effortless and a timeless piece. They are easy to work with and easily got this item completed before Christmas which was impressive.”

“The team at Custom Made kept me informed through the whole process of designing the signet rings for my sons. They were very attentive to the personalized details I requested for each piece. The final products were amazing and Custom Made finished my project in a timely fashion so the rings would be ready as gifts under the Christmas tree.”

“I was looking into engagement rings for my girlfriend. We had shopped around at bigger jewelry stores and a local shop. She ultimately wished that she could combine the designs of two rings, which led me to getting a custom piece made. I found CustomMade's website and was hesitant because I had never heard of them, but I went out on a limb and messaged them. From then on, the ball was rolling and the process was amazing. The CustomMade team is transparent and is truly devoted to making sure the piece is exactly what you want. They go through everything from the initial consulting, to initial sketches, to gem selection, to 3D design, to production very thoroughly and kept me up to date about everything. They didn't cut corners, but offered several options when available and answered all of the questions I had. There was a small hiccup in the production phase of my project, but they recast the ring and were very transparent about when I could expect the ring to be finished. I asked about express shipping options and they provided overnight shipping (shipping is free), which was a life saver. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring! We will definitely be using CustomMade for her wedding band and possibly mine as well. It truly was that great of an experience and they more than earned my trust and business.”

“Hi, I wasn’t sure what kind of ring I wanted for my girlfriend. I had spent a few weeks going to different jewelry stores to see if I could find a ring but none worked for me. Then I saw an add about custom made. So I gave it a try and it was really easy. The service was really good and the final product looks amazing.”

“If you are looking for help to coming up with ideas for any jewelry or have ideas and to have someone bring those ideas to life then I would definitely recommend CustomMade. I got my engagement ring from CustomMade. I had so many ideas of what to do and I sent them to one of their experts to see if they could help me decide or combine ideas. They went above and beyond by asking me personal questions that allowed them to design a ring that held meaning to my fiance and I's relationship. After proposing we decided to get a bigger stone and CustomeMade helped with that process and made it really easy. As a bonus I asked if they could take the original stone and put it into a necklace. I showed them a simple design and once again the experts at CustomMade go above and beyond as the person who had helped me design the ring also gave me there suggestion for additions to the necklace that matched with the ring and gave so much more meaning while keeping all the original simple and elegant feel that I wanted. I could not recommend CustomMade enough.”

“I went to CustomMade looking for quality custom cufflinks - not just custom engraving, but a real custom job meaning with its own design, mold and everything + made out of quality materials. Not something that I could get readily from any shops in my area, city or even country, I suspect. CustomMade made my (rush) order happen. The team was super fast, professional and responsive. The responsiveness was particularly comforting as I was new to the CustomMade brand and the cost was not low as the build was complex. In the end, I got an amazing gift which everyone talked about. Super worth it. Would 1000000% recommend CustomMade to anyone who's looking to make, wear or gift a statement piece.”
