“From beginning to end the Designers and specialists at CustomMade provided information ideas and possibilities to help create the perfect ring. I was surprised by how many people were involved and how much each of them brought to the process and I would like to thank each and every one of them. The process was fun, interesting and highly personalized and resulted in a ring that I was immensely satisfied with and more importantly one my fiance was thrilled with.”

“This company helped me create the engagement ring of my dreams, without any pressure to settle on my final design until I was ready. They were super patient with me as I took my time thinking about all the different aspects of my ring, and tweaking small details before we found the one. They always got back to me in a timely manner, explained everything clearly, and were extremely pleasant to talk with. I’d recommend them 10 times over to anyone. We will be utilizing them again in the future for both of our wedding bands as well!”

“I wanted a class ring in celebration of my master's degree but I wasn't finding anything that meant something special. The classic design of class rings also mirrored the shape of my wedding ring and I didn't want that either. Custom Made took the idea I had in my head and created a unique design that is special to me.”

“My experience with custommade was positive initially. Unfortunately by the end I would have to say I wouldn't recommend the company. Despite being clear I was on a tight budget, and asking about additional shipping costs, I was unexpectedly hit with a c.$300 shipping bill. While the person I spoke to agreed I had not been informed, I was only refunded half of the cost. Furthermore, I was encouraged to select a "rush" option for an additional $150 (I can't remember the exact figure). I refused as it seemed like there was still plenty of time when reading the company's own timelines, and the ring arrived over a month before I needed it. Not being informed of the significant additional charges and unnecessarily being upsold a "rush" option greatly soured my experience.”

“I (32f) choose custom-made to have a engagement/wedding band made for my now fiancé (also 32f) and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. They really care about the details. My fiancé is a veteran of the United States marine Corp she has been deployed overseas, she's a strong unique women I am truly in awe of and she was blown away when I gave her such a unique ring that had truly been made for her. “Overall great experience. During the beginning sketches, we had some miscommunication and had to go back to the drawing board with extra specifics. However, we love that they were able to custom cut our center stone to make something 100% unique for us. We did appreciate the very prompt feedback in the beginning, but toward the end there were times when more updates would have been appreciated. All in all, we definitely recommend!”

“I was looking for an engagement ring, had no idea where to start or what to ask for. CustomMade provided detailed explanations of all options I had, stones to look at and designs in general. “I couldn’t recommend this service enough for anyone who wants a unique ring. The amount of input I’ve been able to give during the design process has been amazing and I feel like I’ve watched the ring come to life. The designers and production leads are there every step of the way and are so helpful and incredibly talented. The packaging was amazing too. I wasn’t expecting the lovely big box with all the additional bits it. The value for money is absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for crafting this ring. I proposed to my fiancé today and couldn’t be happier.”
