“Absolutely amazing! I knew I wanted a custom ring from start to finish, but there aren't many places near where I live. I decided to take the gamble with an online program, hesitant at first. But immediately after first conversation, I was hooked! Every single person I interacted with was professional and kind with outstanding communication! Beyond that, they treated me MORE than just a customer. They checked up on me, had conversations, made sure everything was right in my world. They laid the guidelines of the practices up front without curtains, and they didn't shove pricing or "pay up" mentalities near me at all. The quality of the ring is outstanding! It would not be so good without the choice selection of artists and jewelers with custom made. Every single step they were there to communicate even the smallest details with me. They were happy and patient to answer all questions! I HIGHLY recommend Custom Made, and I fail to see how any online business like this could do better. They are the pinnacle of what online custom jewelery should be. I'm looking forward to using them again in the future for smaller projects, but first I look forward to my engagement!! Thank you Custom Made for this experience!”

“I’m certain that seeing this company was a blessing from God. They crafted an absolutely beautiful ring for me and every person I worked with was amazing! I would’ve never thought I’d be able to actually have a ring in my possession at this point in time, but God had a plan and custom made was certainly part of it! I would absolutely recommend custom made to anyone looking to have some custom jewelry made.”

“Working with Custom Made was a wonderful expirence. Not only is their process smooth and fun, but their attention to customer satisfaction is what spoke to me the most. I had many questions and drawbacks that would spin the head of a typical jeweler and they answered all my concerns swiftly and with in depth details about the process. Long story short, my fiancé didn't like the original design I made, after the stones were already ordered, and we had to scrap the whole thing to start over. The staff was very understanding and totally on board with getting things right. I absolutely LOVE both designs from the design team and I'm happy my fiancé loves her new ring! She plans on using Custom Made for when she goes to design my ring! I tell everyone where I got it made and they respond with many compliments!”

“From start to finish the experience was wonderful. There was no pressure to move forward on a design, nor was there pressure to move forward with paying when a design was chosen. Timelines were wonderful and when it was time to move forward with actually creating the ring it went by in a flash. The communication is extraordinary and so helpful. My fiance has fallen head over heels for her ring, the stunning detail involved and outstanding craftmanship. She has already started looking at designing her wedding band with CustomMade!”

“A truly custom experience. I'm amazed at the personal attention I received throughout the entire process for the price. “The BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life time. The whole experience was wonderful. Each of the representatives I spoke with were thorough, helped me decide on the perfect ring, and at one point even saved me money when they found out they could make the same ring with less materials. I can't stop recommending their services!”

“I had a class ring made for the completion of my doctoral degree. I. COULD. NOT. BE. HAPPIER! The process was smooth and each team member took great care to understand my requests and respond accordingly. The customer service was top notch as well as the product. I'd give both 10 stars if it were possible. Custom Made has earned by business for life. (Because the process is conducted completely online, the back and forth can get a bit tedious but trust their process, it works!)”

“The process of working with CustomMade is incredible. The team was great, and we worked on the design until things were perfect. Additionally when the ring was completed there was a structural issue with the center stone. They were very transparent and remade the ring with no additional charges. To have that level of dedication behind their products was wonderful to see.”

“I will be honest, at first I was skeptical about working with CustomMade, in this internet age you have to be weary of scams, and communications were done almost entirely through the website’s internal chat system. I was pleased though with every single step, I was even able to request a phone call and talk to the design coordinator I was working with. I was able to get a much better product for a much better price than going to a traditional jeweler. I was very picky about every detail down to the mm dimensions of the stones and they were very patient and understanding and helped every step of the way. The packaging I received the ring in was clean and very professional to the point I wanted to keep all the packaging. I was very happy with the final product and will be coming to them for future, rings, earrings, and necklaces I want to make for my fiancé.”

They walk you through step by step and make sure your idea is fully planned out and what their customer visioned. They will make sure to remain within your budgeted wants and desires. Their guaranties are promising and beneficial as well as their offers for repairs or reconstruction etc. Thank you Custommade for this amazing ruby & rose quartz on 10 karats of gold as well as the two wedding bands of ruby & diamond on 10 karat gold!”
