“The entire experience with Custom Made was excellent. Service was spot on from start to finish with all my asks and thoughts covered in detail through out the design process. The team that worked on my piece were really consultative and open to the numerous changes I asked for. Overall I am so so happy with the piece and, crucially, so is she! “Honestly, I came across you guys through google trying to find a unique ring that would be perfect and Wow! I was impressed with every step from start to finish. My fiancé’s ring is actually about a half size too big and she loves it so much that she is having a hard time parting with it to get it resized! You guys have even made that process as easy as possible. Now, I just have to talk her into sending it in haha. Thank you so much for helping me design the absolute perfect ring for her. Happy tears were shed and I’m thrilled with everything.”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. They keep you updated through every step of the process from ideation, design, picking the perfect gems, casting and the final reveal! I wanted a ring that included both my husband’s and my birthstones and I can tell you I have never been happier. “I first found CustomMade a year ago when I wanted to make a custom signet ring for my partner. It included his family crest and was a piece I made with the intention of it becoming an heirloom. At that time, CustomMade surpassed expectations and delivered a wonderful piece. A year later, we were searching for engagement rings and not finding anything that really fit what we had in mind. Again, we went to CustomMade and were blown away. What we were able to get for the money, the ease of working with them, the great customer service....it was just beyond expectation. There's no question we will be working with them for our wedding bands and will certainly keep them in mind for any future projects as well.”

“I am so grateful to the team at CustomMade. I commissioned a class ring to commemorate my graduation from veterinary school. I had an idea in mind and designed my own artwork for the shoulders. The team began by providing me with information and options for the type of metal, type of stone, and type of finish (etc.). They were able to guide me to the best choices for my budget and vision. My ring plan was then forwarded to the artist, who advised me on what aspects of the design needed to be amended to make the artwork legible on the intended ring size. Several tweaked renderings of the finished piece were forwarded to me until the design was to my liking. Once I approved it, the team began working on the physical piece. Updates as to the ring's progress were sent to me throughout its making and also during its shipment. When I received the ring, I was stunned at how incredible the final version looked. It is AMAZING. I am so excited about the work that was done. It is comfortable, beautiful, and an incredible realization of my original design idea. The team that worked on it should be very proud. I really appreciate all of their hard work, and I hope that many others can enjoy the craftsmanship that they are capable of.”

“I was Skeptical at first but once I got started the entire team made me feel so good and secure and was definitely keeping me informed with everything that was going on we worked back-and-forth until my piece was perfect I cannot thank them enough for what they did this piece is very near and dear to my heart when I received it it reached even more expectations and what I had originally thought I would definitely recommend any and everyone to get a piece made definitely worth the money”

“The team at custom made made the experience and the process super simple and easy. They had a team manager at each step of the process that would reah out to me and explain what was going to happen in each step of the process and give me updates as to where they were at schedule wise. Overall I found that everybody communicated quickly and worked with me to make this important decision as simple as possible.”

“My whole experience was beyond amazing. From the start, the outline and details of the process to create a custom piece was clearly stated and totally professional. The team was helpful and amazing in every step of the ring design and making process. They ensured I was completely satisfied with the drawing and 3D design before moving to the actual ring and the final piece was just like the renderings! Things that can be improved- 1. Having a call or video call at the start of the process to have a more personal experience. 2. More information about the company is needed and someone who actually answers the phone line. I was very nervous being an international buyer and not being able to get much info on the company or actually speak to someone to clear my doubts before and after making payments. Making such a big purchase online instead of a physical store is scary where there is little info on the company you're dealing with. What actually helped me was messaging some who recently purchased and posted to Instagram. She was able to clear all my doubts. Hopefully this review helps someone clear those doubts. 3. As amazing as the photography is, a video of the ring on completion would have better to see the ring in all angles especially if there are hidden or small details. 4.Ring box choices should be given. I actually came across one I really liked on the Instagram page and request it, however my ring was sent in another box and when I contacted custom made they were able to ship out the correct box but it was too late for my engagement shoot.”
