“Once again, you all have impressed me. I ordered this ring months in advance and whoever I was speaking with in terms of what I wanted and how we could do it, everyone was attentive and honestly as excited as I was. I love the new box that you deliver rings in. I wish I got one of those with the engagement ring we got last year!”

“I was nervous at first about using an online company to purchase such an important item but boy was I wrong! Every single aspect of Custom Made was amazing. The team that I worked with to design my engagement ring was top notch they made things easy to understand and kept me in the loop the entire time! “I am, overly satisfied with my experience with Custom Made. The ring is exactly what I wanted. PERFECT. I couldn’t have found a better ring anywhere else. The price was better than I expected. The stone- moss agate- was beautiful and breath taking. The band size and stone size were exactly what I wanted. The whole process was about 2 months from first day to delivery. They changed the ring as much as I wanted/needed them to. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and informative. I don’t have any other words besides- everything was perfect. Simple, dainty, and minimal. My partner, now fiancé :), loved the ring. I am even considering getting a almost matching one for myself from custom made again.”

“I found the people I worked with extremely helpful and informative. They would go above and beyond to inform me about the entire process. What each stage was ect. Great help with the design and were patient with the multiple changes I made though the process. Inching me bit by bit to exactly what I wanted. “From start to finish the experience was a pleasure. The team was very communicative all throughout the process and very knowledgeable. They provided me with a ton of information to make as much of an informed decision as I could. And the creative team came up with the perfect design from just a few words I gave them. They are also very flexible with budget and will work with you within whatever you are able to afford and they work hard to keep that in mind in any design. I couldn't have asked for anything better and I would highly recommend to everyone to work with this company for any jewelry they are looking for. I will definitely go to them in the future for whatever jewelry needs I am looking for.”

“CustomMade was definitely the way to go when designing my girlfriends engagement ring. It has been a fantastic experience, truly magnificent. I was so pleased with the customer service, and the fact that the jewelry is personalized for just me. No one else has it. “I had never heard of CustomMade, this was a company my partner found, and after we both have been through the whole process with their team we recommend them to everybody looking for an engagement ring! I was in contact with several people before we received the finished piece and each team member was an absolute delight. They always had resources ready to review and were very receptive to feedback, it truly felt like anything was possible with our design. It's hard to trust any online store with a big purchase like this but CustomMade took away any anxieties we had and we were both SO happy with our designs. They're the best!”
