How can you do a ring size if I can't come into a store?

Hi Cynthia - thanks for this question as well! We actually offer free ring sizing kits for all US-based customers. We send the kit through the mail and it's yours to keep. And.... if the size on your ring isn’t quite right when we're finished, just let us know within 365 days of purchase and we’ll do one resizing for free. We’ll even handle insured shipping both ways! One important thing to note though. Not all rings can be resized and size changes of more than 1.5 sizes aren’t always possible without remaking the ring from scratch. We’ll remake the ring if that’s what’s required, but it does mean you’ll be without your ring during that time, which we know can be hard!

Who actually makes the jewelry? Is it made in China?

Hi Cynthia - none of our jewelry is made in China. We manufacture and finish everything in the United States. Because none of our items are mass produced, we need to have total control over the process. Quality is our top priority, and we stand behind every product and provide a lifetime warranty.

Can I work on my design with you before I have to pay? I'm not comfortable paying anything until I at least know we are headed in a direction I like.

Hi Cynthia - thanks for the question! We don't charge anything to discuss your design and price out options with our team. In many cases, our jewelry designers will also create artistic sketches to help communicate the design and get on the same page. There is no charge for the sketches or the consultation, and there is no obligation to purchase anything we sketch/design. We do request a deposit prior to producing 3D models and renderings of your design, and that deposit goes toward the final cost of producing your piece (in other words, the 3D design work is included in the cost of your piece). I hope this helps, and we can't wait to design something special with you!

Hi Ben! Unlike other jewelers and jewelry stores, each piece of jewelry we produce starts off as a brand new idea. Because of that, it’s difficult to know how much a piece is going to cost without knowing a bit more about the idea you have in mind. The easiest way to get an estimate on your piece is to start a consultation with us. With just a bit of information, we can usually provide you with an estimate very quickly. Once we have the finer details, we can offer you a proposal with an exact price.
