“This small business is phenomenal. They are very flexible with design, and the quality of service is one of the best. There entire process of design, production, and delivery are one of the best that I have experienced. My CSR was great, I couldn’t ask for a better design lead in Ali, and Janine was a great contact as the production lead. Thank you to the entire team at Custom Made in making my vision of my necklace piece to come into existence. My brothers at the Lodge love the piece. Again thank you Custom Made.”

“This is my second time reviewing Custom Made, and I honestly could rave on and on about how awesome my experience was just like I did last time! After months of searching, my fiancé and I couldn’t find my perfect wedding band out in the market. So, I logged back into my Custom Made account, opened my messages, and took Charm up on her offer to have Custom Made design my wedding band. Once again, from beginning to end, my design experience was phenomenal! I even got to work with the same awesome team members as last time! Tricia and Racquel helped me again with designing and fine tuning the perfect band for my big day. And once again, they were super professional, caring, creative, and amazing! Everything from the timeliness of the responses to the speed of delivery was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to the entire Custom Made team for all your hard work and phenomenal customer service! Keep being great!”

“I cannot rave enough about my experience with CustomMade. I decided to have a signet ring made with my family crest. From the moment I engaged with their team EVERYONE I spoke to was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable—-and helped guide me through the whole process of getting my ring made. They were transparent around what to expect when, kept me proactively updated on where we were in the process, answered my questions promptly and gave great advice and insight. Not to mention the finished product is STUNNING and i absolutely love it. I would recommend CustomMade a million times over. Exceptional service, exceptional product.”

“They were very willing to work with me and make sure everything was perfect. When a mistake happened they fixed it with no issues and even when a design error happed took accountability to fix it and work with me. I’m very glad I went with them.”

“Overall great experience. They delivered an amazing custom ring in under 4 months. Everyone who has seen the ring loves it. They helped me to customize the ring and refine my design ideas to create my fiancee's dream ring, they were even able to incorporate on her tattoos into the design. They kept me up to date 24/7 and always let me know about any progress or setbacks, and they were even able to speed up the delivery date by a few days to get it to me before my planned proposal date. The only problem I had was with the delivery date not being certain, it changed 3 or 4 times, and ultimately was delivered 2 weeks late, although this wasn't entirely the fault of the custom made team which is why I gave a 5 star rating.”

“Custom Made made the process of designing the perfect ring so easy! Everyone who helped with the project, from initial discussions to drawings to 3D renderings, was great to work with and helped with some of the decisions that I wasn't quite sure of. They were able to take a few pictures and concepts and transform them into a beautiful engagement ring in only a few weeks! I couldn't have been happier with the experience or with the final product.”

“We loved the whole experience, from the first concept design discussions to the unboxing of the finished rings. The communication and quality of the entire team were second to none. “I couldn’t have asked for a better service, from start to the finish. Detailed and easy consultations throughout the entirety of the design and production, and being able to change the design multiple times to suit exactly what I wanted, created an outstanding end product. Particular, precise, and efficient would be the best way to describe the process, and because of that the ring came out perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece.”

“I had a great experience overall! IT was truly a positive journey from start to finish. I had a very particular design that my now fiance was looking for, and CustomMade was able to bring it to life. My overall experience was great - the only thing that brought it down from 5 stars to 4 stars was the timing of communication. Your entire experience is done virtually, and sometimes it would take 24-48 hours for the consultant to respond to your message which dragged out the process a little bit. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend!”
