“We designed my dream ring and took the design from concept to finished product. The finished product looked absolutely nothing like the sketches or renders; in fact, it was an unmitigated disaster. With no option to refund my purchase they were only willing to start again and try to make another design. We are satisfied with the finished second design. But I did not enjoy being forced to use them after they failed the first design. Would not use them again in light of the full experience and would not recommend custom-designed jewelry to a friend.”

“Everyone I worked with at customMade was unendingly patient and unfailingly kind. They were always quick to respond and were very easy to work with even for a person with absolutely no experience and little direction like myself. The whole process was laid out clearly from start to finish and both my partner and I are so happy with the end result”

“Best customer service I've ever had on an online purchase. The whole team is really there for you and the delays are respected as much as it is possible for them. They let nothing but perfection leave their premices. Would recommend for anyone with any jewelry project. 5 stars is too low of a rate for their service and products I would gladly give them 10 out of 5.”

“I wanted to surprise my son by getting a necklace made from a drawing he made years ago. It was a very easy process, just letting them know what I wanted and they replied quickly. Throughout the whole process, I received lots of updates and I really appreciated the excellent communication as they progressed through the steps, letting me know what they were doing and was would happen next. The final product is beautiful and was sent right away. My son was very surprised and loved the necklace; he said it was the best gift he has received in years, which warms a mother´s heart, of course. And it is all because of the excellent service and workmanship of Custom Made.”

“Super professional, responsive, honest, and fun company to work with. I had so much fun designing my dream ring and had step by step help staying within my budget. I love the education that was provided throughout the process to make sure that I was making the best decisions regarding materials and design. My team was always available to me, even on the weekends, which was also a nice perk. We ran into a few issues that caused delays, but the team from custom made kept me in the loop and they were very honest during the process. I'm so happy with my beautiful ring! Highly recommend!”

“Custom Made was amazing to work with. I had a few conceptual ideas for my fiancée’s engagement ring and they were able to incorporate my ideas with no problem. They worked very closely with me throughout the whole process. I also had a matching wedding band made and both rings turned out perfectly. My fiancée is still obsessed with her ring 9 months later!”

Their amazing craftsmanship and awesome customer service made the process of creating an engagement ring fun and super easy! “Absolutely brilliant amounts of patience. I took so long getting payments sorted thanks to covid and various surgeries. Thankfully the team at custommade helped me along the way and keot everything on hold and ready until I was back on my feet and thankfully it all paid off! I'd also like to personally thank Dominic, Kash, Jackie and Nix for all the help along the way with getting the perfect ring for my partner (Now fiance obviously!) She loves the ring and me so I think we all did a great job!”

“The team was fantastic and the ring came out wonderfully. I appreciate the efficiency and flexibility they had, and provided helpful feedback and information every step of the way! They are very easy to work with and respond to messages fairly quickly. The step-wise process is very manageable too. I can't compare accurately to visiting a store in person, but I think Custommade is a wonderful option for those looking to purchase a ring online.”
