“I was helped along through this experience by very knowledgeable people every step of the way. Every question was answered in thoughtful and easy-to-understand language. We were able to bring a piece to life just from my imagination rather than finding "the one" behind a glass display which is such a more intimate experience. Everything felt fair and reasonable and notable consideration was taken to understand my situation, finances, and goals to make this work. Besides all that, the ring came out gorgeous and feels very much like a hand-crafted personal piece. Everything came together just as I imagined and I know the lady who will say yes is going to love her forever ring too. :)”

“From start to finish, everyone who played a part in my order was professional, helpful, and very good with communication. I can't reccomend them enough. Customer service way above par, and the piece is just gorgeous. Got everything I hoped for, then some. And the packaging is lovely.”

“I was having trouble trying to find an engagement ring that I liked. Nothing seemed to fit our relationship so I googled "customize rings" and CustomMade popped up. I figured it was worth a shot. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I could have made! Everyone was so helpful, diligent, professional, and well, just nice. The ring is perfect and we couldn't be happier!”

“There isn't a single part of this experience that I can fault, the entire process is tailored to you, and everything about Custom Made just oozes quality and experience. The stones, the materials, the customer service. All of it is as it should be when you're trying to find custom jewelry. The sizing was PERFECT as well. It's not too crazily priced either. Duties will apply when buying internationally which is around 10% of the initial purchase price for AUS. Communicating with their team internationally was so easy and fast. (Even on opposite sides of the world) If you want custom jewelry of the highest quality. Pick these guys I cannot recommend them enough.”

“What an experience!!!! My boyfriend asked me to choice a ring so he knew what I wanted when the time came. However, when we were looking in stores nothing stood out to me, it didn't show our story and nothing spoke to me. I ended up giving up but he encouraged me to look for custom engagement rings and after a lot of research I found Custom Made. From our first interaction I knew we were in great hands! It was so simple but yet so thrilling! We told them our love story and our hobbies together and a part. They took this information and went above and beyond! I was speechless when I got the first set of stretches! There isn't enough words to express how beautiful just the stretches are! Then the 3D print came out and we knew it was the one and it was beyond us, and our relationship! I know a lot of people make the ring on their own to surprise their significant other, however I am so happy we did this together! When the ring finished and they sent pictures I cried.... Happy and excited tears!! It arrived here but I won't physically see it until he proposes, hopefully soon! (Haha) He did unpackaged it and said it's perfect! Thank you to everyone we worked with along this part of our story and we are so happy we went with custom instead of premade! We will be back!”

“The experience from start to finish was very easy. As someone who knew nothing about jewelry prior to designing my first piece, everyone at CustomMade was able to educate me on everything I needed to know to make the right decisions for me. All the staff were very responsive and I never felt out of the loop. The ring creation process itself was made clear from the start and the fact that the company provides unlimited idea sketch iterations before taking any payment deposit really gives you a feel of what you’ll be getting long before you make any sort of commitment or payment.”

“The work done to customize my piece was perfect! I believe it had to do with the attentiveness of the people involved to get it done and their responsiveness to my questions and comments. They kept me in the loop from beginning to end, kept my expectations real, and I never had a need to call them; they’ve always contacted me at the appropriate times. Delivery was prompt and well-packaged. But best of all, the people on the project made this one of my best experiences! My wife loved the piece and is thinking family heirloom. Thank you and we’ll be back!”

“Very pleased with this experience. I’m considering only purchasing my jewellery from Custom Made. My ring design had intricate details. The digital rendering was perfect. There was some blurring in the details after production, which maybe expected in the finished molded product. However, I asked them to return it to production to clean up the detailing. The finished product is close to the digital design. It’s not perfect but it may have been one of those things that I expected a perfection not physically possible. I don’t believe anyone else could have done a better job. I love my ring because this company is willing to create something that I visioned and they came real darn close to perfection. So, yes anyone that is able to create exactly what you envision is going to create a masterpiece that you will love! Thank you”

“My experience as a customer was amazing. The entire process was very enjoyable and they were more than happy modify my piece until every detail was better than I could’ve imagined. And when I had some concerns their customer service was quick and helpful and shipping it back to have some slight issues taken care of was easy and quick. I was also delighted that they were able to give an estimate for my piece before any payments which was something I could not find amongst their competitors. I could not recommend a better place to have your dream jewelry made!”

“I'm floored by the jewelry piece's accuracy to the intricacy of the submitted design. Other 3D modeling companies I sent this design to could not replicate the 2D model. CustomMade could. Intricate gold necklace delivered exactly as designed with the best online customer guidance and service imagined. CustomMade brings imagination into reality at a fair price.”

“Everything about my experience with CustomMade was an absolute dream. They made every effort possible to ensure that I knew what my options were for every single facet of my purchase--from designs, renderings, budget, materials, sourcing, optional features, everything--and that I was both comfortable and thrilled with the product. I could have walked into a jewelry store and come out with a piece in a single shopping trip instead of taking the time to have CustomMade work through the entire process with me, but I would have been much less educated about the product and been significantly less satisfied with going for the quicker option. “I ordered a family crest ring for my wife that came out beautifully with great detail and excellent craftsmanship. I recalled having previous signet rings being ordered / "done" through a local jeweler where I discovered that they sent it out to a third party anyway, I decided to seek out a direct source. After some initial trepidation and research, I found CustomMade online. The experience couldn't have been better, honestly. The various steps in the creation are clearly outlined; communication is constant; questions and comments were answered immediately; and the company's desire to fulfill my needs was superb. In addition to a beautiful final product and excellent pricing, the packaging was impressive AND delivered early from the requested time (which was at least half of what the local jeweler estimated.) Highly recommend and I will be ordering again (for my daughter-in-law.)”
