I gave Cyprus Air Pros a 4 out of 5 because their Customer Service Department needs some serious training on basic people skills. Makes me wonder what I'm going to be up against when I schedule my yearly maintenance. I don't even want to think about if I have a problem with the unit.”

On average, however, I give Cyprus Air overall only 3 stars. I was unhappy with the way the office handled the submission of drawings to the city to obtain permits. It took far too long for the drawings to be made and submitted, and the excuses they gave me made no sense.”
