“Everything worth anything always cancels. The things that do show up are cheap items like balloons and shower hand bars that i have already recieved 2 of.”

“Daily box has been fun yet at times frustrating. I love the surprise of getting something but I must be honest and say that alot of the items are not what I would buy normally. I wish that part would change and they would send items that I like and would buy or want . Also I have noticed that the higher priced items ( and mostly they have been items I would buy or want) are out into cart and then cancelled. Otherwise it’s fun getting packages monthly”

“Once's items are posted to be delivered and I need the item, I received an email it not available and received an item I don't need. So disappointed. I needed a blow dryer and instead they sent me a oil dispenser. I got a lot of items that I don't need or can't use and the items that I can use. It's always canceled or not delivered. It took two months before I started to receive items. I hope that it gets better and not worse.”
“The 1st 4 or 5 items arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. Then they stopped. No orders, no messages, but when I finally decided to cancel my subscription I found out I was missing 6 items. So what happened to those items. No answer yet. I hope you guys have a better experience.”
“The items cancel all the time, anything good anyway. Promised 10 boxes at least, and now you change that to " you should get at least get5". Your valuation on items is laughable. Customer service uses the same excuse. Maybe employees should be able to actually help their customer!”
“At first I was getting good stuff but then I started getting junk I understand it it's generated by computer and you don't always hit the jackpot. Most of the time allow the good stuff is out of stock which happens 90% of the time other than that I get good stuff every now and then”
“First order was received 2 weeks, then it took 1.5 months to get anything else to move and receive orders. Customer service extended the subscription, after 2.5 months I received all but 3 boxes and they disabled the account subscription a day before it should have been cancelled; I reached out the day before it should have been cancelled and explained I was still 3 boxes short on the 10 from the original sign up 2.5 months ago and would appreciate to have another extension to receive what was owed but they never would respond or make it right after that. I really liked it when it was working, but as I told them I wasn't willing to re sign up and it takes the month to get boxes coming in again and that was the reason I was in my account before the subscription should have been disabled so I knew I would not have to deal with the account being disabled and attempting to start over again. Never heard from them after that. Signed up one last time to give it one last chance, again when it was working I did like it.”
