Several items sent to me I haven't recieved because it had to be approved and they still state no date. I'm not happy with my experience.

I love the idea of this program, but I get a lot of the same things, I don’t get a lot of the things I marked as interests. I’m hoping I start getting things I’m more interested in.

It's a great concept but after a few months of being a member, I have yet to have received anything even close to the $65/month I have been spending. Everything seems to be numerous car chargers for cellphones, car parts for a Tessla, and baby items even though I do not have that listed as an interest and don't have any kids or little grandkids. The items they show on the site as being shipped out are definitely NOT what you get!

Everything worth anything always cancels. The things that do show up are cheap items like balloons and shower hand bars that i have already recieved 2 of.

Once's items are posted to be delivered and I need the item, I received an email it not available and received an item I don't need. So disappointed. I needed a blow dryer and instead they sent me a oil dispenser. I got a lot of items that I don't need or can't use and the items that I can use. It's always canceled or not delivered. It took two months before I started to receive items. I hope that it gets better and not worse.

The 1st 4 or 5 items arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. Then they stopped. No orders, no messages, but when I finally decided to cancel my subscription I found out I was missing 6 items. So what happened to those items. No answer yet. I hope you guys have a better experience.

The items cancel all the time, anything good anyway. Promised 10 boxes at least, and now you change that to " you should get at least get5". Your valuation on items is laughable. Customer service uses the same excuse. Maybe employees should be able to actually help their customer!

First order was received 2 weeks, then it took 1.5 months to get anything else to move and receive orders. Customer service extended the subscription, after 2.5 months I received all but 3 boxes and they disabled the account subscription a day before it should have been cancelled; I reached out the day before it should have been cancelled and explained I was still 3 boxes short on the 10 from the original sign up 2.5 months ago and would appreciate to have another extension to receive what was owed but they never would respond or make it right after that. I really liked it when it was working, but as I told them I wasn't willing to re sign up and it takes the month to get boxes coming in again and that was the reason I was in my account before the subscription should have been disabled so I knew I would not have to deal with the account being disabled and attempting to start over again. Never heard from them after that. Signed up one last time to give it one last chance, again when it was working I did like it.

I did not really recive any nice items for like 3 months so I decided to take a break for a little while then try again.

I haven’t received anything on my list this month. I don’t have any graduates in my home, I don’t wear makeup. I really think I may not resume my membership.

So I like the concept of this program, but what i don't like is that almost every order comes during the overnight hours so if it is something I don't want I don't get the chance to cancel it. Also, I'm getting things that aren't part of the things I said I like, for example, I'm getting a lot of baby items and I do not have any babies in my house. It also seems that days go by with out anything, which is ok if that is how it is suppose to happen but for the price I would think that either I would see more packages at lower cost or less packages at higher costs, but I am not seeing either. When I message customer service I get told that they are working on the "bugs" and that it should be working better now but that isn't the case.

Subscription guaranteed a minimum of 10 packages. Initial month only received 9 packages. Second month renewal kept needing to be reconnected to my Amazon account. Only received 1 package for the $64 renewal fee in the second month. Customer Service only suggestion was to reconnect account and extend service month 3 weeks. Still nothing.

Inconsistency with boxes ordered versus boxes received some months it will send great and next I’ll get way less and it’s not worth it those times…

It would be nice to get all the Items. But still having problems with this I'm going to cancel my membership Just because of this matter. I don't want too. See I live in the country and I know this shouldn't be the problem but it has to be the problem I keep not getting every thing in one month. I reverse about 5 items or less than that a month.

I've had daily box club since Jan and have only received about 11 packages. Very upset you don't actually receive 10-20 a month
